Great size, stunning location, great facilities and staff super friendly

Everything was there for us

The view was amazing. Nice apartment for family of 5.

Self catering. On arrival we had to go buy washing liquid, clothes, tea towel, Coffee ect. No starter pack was offered. When traveling overseas its important to take note.

The location is very good. The food was okay. The room was clean.

I have been left alone for 3 days. No one came to check if we needed something. We paid like almost 700 euros for 3 days and at the end we have been asked to clean the kitchen but we did not have anything for cleaning. After that they wanted to charge 35 euros extra. No shampoo at all. No cleaning products. No enough toilet paper. Further, when we have checked in they gave us random information without listening our needs. Poor WiFi connection. This is a 4 stars resort but does not look like and whenever I go to a similar resort they offer us a bottle of prosecco Doc or wine. They did not offer a single bottle of still water. it is not recommended to anyone. I will never come back.

the room was spacious and since we had a toddler it was very comfortable .Shower facilities were great . When something went missing by mistake form roon as they thought it ewas trash ( it was in a bag) they were very helpful and returned immidietly from the lost and found, employees especially the waiter in breakfast was extremely nice

Room was cold, ALthough we turned heating full on , room was still cold. WIFI WAS A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! IN this day and age everywhere you go has good wifi and we had some work to do but instead we used our 4g all the holiday. You ahd to pay for good wifi !!! this is nmot aacceptabel for a 460 euro fee !! Breakfast was decent althogu there wasnt a great choice

- The pillows were terrible. We (5 persons) had been sleeping very bad, with bad neck pain in the mornings - for 5 Persons we received only 2 bottles of shampoo,... - We ask at the reception to bring more shampoo for us, and they just forgot about us. We never got them - On the weekends is not easy to get there a parking place

1. stracceti (?) steak in restaurant was poor quality meat 2. cleaner came a little early in the morning sometimes - about 8.15 - 8.30am. The sound of the cleaner’s trolley/vacuum cleaner woke us before 8 occasionally

apartment didn’t get cleaned over the week long stay as this was an additional cost. pool towels had to be paid for

Nice property rooms so so, but were comfortable. Pool restaurant were nice.

Very poor value for money. We assumed this was an aparthotel as nothing tells you otherwise but you are only renting an apartment - there is no daily housekeeping, no towel or bed change and no means of keeping the place clean (no vacuum, no dishwashing liquid or cloth etc). Very disappointing for the money. It also advertises itself as a “fitness centre”. The gym has no air conditioning, the treadmill was out of order and there was a small selection of free weights, max 10kg, and no mat. Do not come here if you plan to use the gym.
