Wonderful setting. Spacious flowing home. Staff contact, follow up and explanations excellent.

Nice quiet location not far from town centre. Liked the Netflix YouTube etc via TV. Nice selection of games and DVDs - including Hindi. Nice variety of coffee and tea.
Nice outdoor area and garden although we did not use as cold and wet
Just one issue - number 1 and rest are suggestions:
1) The front room with ensuite had issues with heating. It was always cold there when the rest of the house was warm. We kept temp at 22/23 - which is the ideal setting but this did not help warm up the front room. I did message on mobile number on Sat but got no reply. Would have been more comfortable if someone could have fixed the heating as it was cold.
2) A small sink in toilet would be nice
3) We did not have use of garages so maybe a wider driveway from start would be good. With the second car, had to drop of passengers first so only driver had to squeeze out especially as lawn area was wet and muddy.
4) with 8 of us, we ran out of the side plates quickly - so a few more would be nice.

Comfortable spacious home. Spotless.
Some beds were very soft. More storage options needed for bedrooms such as shelving. Lounge outdoors was childsized and too low.

Good spacious house for 8 adults. Nice touches from the host ie fresh flowers and welcome note.

Just a maintenance issue - front door handle needs replacing. I let the host know.

The house was very warm and spacious
Only 3 rolls of toilet paper provided for 7 guests for 3 nights, so we had to buy our own toilet paper. There was also no dishwasher tablets/liquid/powder or pods for the coffee machine so we had to buy our own.
Loud water sounds also run near the front bedroom.

Beautiful location and a great outdoor entertaining space. Comfortable bed and plenty of sofas and seating.
Electricity not connected to the outdoor area. Plug doesn’t reach the socket for the lights.
Shame that you couldn’t use the garden bread area more. The grass was long and no steps or seating areas out in the sun.

Beautiful gardens, most relaxing and extremely tidy and comfortable to stay at this property.
Shame no DVD player. Otherwise nothing to fault
