The room and staff were both phenomenal. The patio stting was awesone and we really enjoyed sitting out outside. The patio was secluded which aslo was a plus. The staff and valet were very helpful and attentive to our needs.

The location was a little tough getting into on the day of arrival due to the Oscars being on the same night. The street was closed off due to the Oscar parties in the hotels and surrounding buildings. We were given instruction that the hotel was valet parking only but we had to circle the area for over an hour because there were zero places to park outside in order to check in due to the Oscars being on the same day and the street was blocked off. Had to park our car in the middle of the street and run in to see where we needed to park in order to check in. Thought the hotel should have sent us a text giving the travelers that day some better information.

Modern and very unique

The 9th floor gets noisy from the night club, the crew at the hotel moved us, we were very happy with the night Manager.

Tout ! Juste perfect. Reception, Le Batman du bar en bas, le maître d’hôtel, les valets … puis le refinement de cette chambre 🤩

Pas assez de place à la piscine (complète) , le serveur du bar de la piscine qui ne répond même pas après 3 « hello » et prend le temps de nous regarder, nous fait comprendre qu’on le dérange et continue son amusement sans jamais nous répondre et nous laisse 20 min sans contact .. debout ! … du coup nous sommes allez boire un verre au Mama Shelter juste à coter, ils ont étais géniaux !

Wanted to see Hollywood so was good location to base in. Lots of restaurants and attractions near by. Room was very nice with good size patio. Staff very nice.

Parking and food from bar was too expensive.

When we arrived at the hotel I broke my phone and I couldn’t pull up my reservation or pay with my phone. Jahnee was very patient and helpful in that moment. Jahnee pulled up our reservation even upgraded our room because it was our honeymoon and she even came up to our room short after we checked in to give us a nice bottle of champagne and some chocolates to celebrate our honeymoon. For the remainer of our stay Jahnee and the other staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was one to remember. I highly recommend staying at the Thompson.

I did not have breakfast here. the bed was comfortable and the curtains were good.

the location was NOT nice. I suppose that's an issue of the general area but I was apprehensive about taking my dog down the street to go to the bathroom and I was forced to valet my car, where the prices were basically extortion.

It was SO LOUD. As if the club was in the room. The music went until 2am and we couldn’t sleep. This is not for anyone who wants to relax. Great for someone going out to party and coming home at 3am.

Clean, comfy and warm staff.

Gemessen am Amerikanischen Standart war es ok. Es gibt ein paar Dinge die nicht toll sind, aber das sollte man in Relation sehen: 1: Die Reinigungsfee hat 3x vergessen unser Zimmer zu reinigen 2: Der Kühlschrank für Getränke und Snacks ist kein Kühlschrank, sondern ein normaler Schrank 3: Zur Straßenseite recht laut 4: Klima im Gang viel zu hoch 5: Roof: Personal ein wenig überfordert - Ein Herr sogar ziemlich unfreundlich 6: Eingeschränkte Auswahl an Getränken und vor allem Essen 7: Pool zu voll, bzw. zu wenig Platz für soviel Gäste 8: Kein Zimmerservice, wie Food

Os manobristas do estacionamento são extremamente grosseiros e tratam mal o hospede ! A região onde está o hotel está extremamente decadente , deprimente e suja. Não é um hotel para ficar com crianças . Existe uma festa no roof top que é fora do contexto para crianças.

We were a family of four staying for 4 nights but the drawer space was minimal and we were only provided with 3 towels. No hooks for towels in the bathroom because the door is a sliding door The long concrete bench under the TV looks cool I am sure but it's a waste of space. No iron/ironing board. No bedside lights. We couldn't work out how to dim the aircon panel which was very bright at night. Food a bit pricey and the portion sizes weren't very generous. The surrounding area was seedy - lots of homeless people just up the road next to the 7 Eleven convenience shop
