The location of this hotel is excellent. Rooms basic but perfectly acceptable for the price. Good parking and access to surrounding area. The pool and the outside areas look great and hopefully will be well used in the summer.

The public areas could do with a freshen up as could the rooms. We couldn’t get WiFi in the bedroom.

I have stayed here before. Has everything you need and it is close to most things

There was no breakfast, not included, any way the restaurant is closed for this season, as are many facilities. The location is quite far from any interesting places, even for bar restaurants or anything, its in a lonely location. The view from my room was gorgeous. In summer could be very hot, as it has sun all the day, from the dawn to the set. The TV set is old fashioned. The rooms are large, 20 metres long. A large balcony, the kitchen is in the hall. The matress in the room needs change so as well as the sofás, worn out. Large table for 6. The tub is slippery be careful. There are 2 labs.

the location, the beauty of the view over the swimming pool day or night is breath taking. the quietness of the season helped enjoy it even more.

we noticed this time that the apartments and some areas have not had much maintenance in the last few years. so some small things are starting to add up. I did not care but my husband was a bit irritated. I just told him to stop and relax. i wanted to enjoy my holidays to the full :)

We liked the Pool but pool area wasn’t clean

I went with my family. Overall we had a good time ignoring the state of the hotel.

So it’s been 9 years I haven’t been to the hotel. This hotel was amazing by that time. - indoor pool- not working during all our stay, and people who were there for longer were complaining about the same. It’s a shame I’ve emailed reception before booking asking about indoor pool and they literally lied to me as it wasn’t working and they said yes. - facilities - all damaged nothing is working properly. Including mini golf they had, kids club… etc all very pool. Outdoor pool- bottom with loads dark sand, in urgent need maintenance and many little tiles missing my daughter even cut one toe 😒 Pool bar- a little rug staff ( guy) there clearly not happy with his job, yelling at another staff… not nice to hear Beds- shocked 😳 with mattresses all yellowish and old and they looked disgusting. Beds in living rooms very uncomfortable and one of the mattresses was so damaged that it was hurting my sons back. Kitchen- nothing to say all working although no coffee machine or kettle. Bathroom- old but ok…but that shower was a joke. Not even commenting…. Cleaning- I did pass that on saying we wouldn’t need anything but changing towels over 4 nights. Food- we didn’t go for That and I’m so thankful as we did show up for dinner on first night it was so poor for 20£\ person there was barely any choice to eat. Overall I did love this hotel and used to go very often when my son was younger so o was shocked to see how tired it looks and it’s screaming for renovation. All is either broken, not working or not properly working. The old fat TV 🤦‍♀️ the lock ( used to be magnetic card) so they’ve gone back to the 80’s with a lock that was a joke. Everything we opened it would get stuck and we couldn’t close the door. We complained, the receptionist called the guy from maintenance which is also a joke! He looks like he doesn’t care anymore. His answer “ it’s ok just lock it and I said if I lock it my son can’t get out!! He didn’t do anything! We just asked for a second key!

almost everything, started from the TV, the pool wasn’t clean at the end like it use to be. the breakfast was disappointed and not worth for the money.
