À votre arrivée dans cette location avec 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain, vous trouverez également un salon et la climatisation. Loved the property. The house was clean, beds we’re comfortable and the neighborhood was excellent. Would stay here agin and recommend it to anyone

House is cutely designed and updated, however is in need of a deep clean, maintenance and a refresh.
The home smelled heavily of wet dog and we did not utilize the family room or couch due to the smell.
Nice updated master bath, but lack of maintenance on shower door that doesn't close properly, handle is coming loose, and big patch of black mold on ceiling can all be easily addressed with attentive maintenance.
Day of check-in we received notification that the home had no heat and our stay was postponed a day. We did receive good communication from the team who rented the property, however, quickly realized that the home's thermostat remained broken. We just stuck it out, but a comfortable home at 66 degrees was an obvious sign that the thermostat was broken. hahah
Overall, with some TLC, better maintenance and cleaning the home can quickly become a 5 star for someone with a dog who appreciates a fenced in back yard (we do not have a dog).

I enjoyed staying in this home. The location was in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. The place was comfortable and well decorated.
Check in was super easy. I came in late at night and the owner was kind enough to text me pictures so I could ensure I was going to the correct home. The size was perfect for me and my kids. I also really enjoyed that all the amenities I needed were available.
I would recommend cleaning out the gutters as there were a few water bugs that I found already dead and a 2 roaches that weren't. The owners were responsive, but it is something that can easily be taken care of.
There were some other small cosmetic items like the master shower paint peeling and some light switch plates that need to be replaced.
I think that a 5 star rating continuously is within reach with those changes as again, beautiful neighborhood, decorations, and extremely safe (as well as quiet).

The outside area could really be brought to life with little effort (some chairs and a fire pit or horseshoe pit would really enhance the upper back yard area; grill was not useable). Would also have been nice to have some board games. This is the first home rental we’ve stayed at without any.

We loved the home it was quite charming with all the amenities of home without having to buy the farm at the grocery.
