The hotel is ok. Clean, orderly. Partially occupied by some long term guests. The hotel is probably owned by a family, who seem unprofessional and not well organized.

I arrived with a dog, and they charged 15 Euros extra. No information about surcharge beforehand. The day after I left I received mail informing me about surcharge. Of course totally useless, since I had already paid and left hotel.

The hotel was tired, the rooms were like a borstal. The minimarkt advertised was an empty vending machine and the bar were a choice of two different kind of beers from reception.

The hotel website and on Booking.com, the hotel advertises pickup and drop off at the airport. They no longer offer this service. They tell you to get to the hotel on your own when you phone them as their instructions on their website tell you to do upon arrival. They will call a taxi for you when you need to get back to the airport, but you pay. This makes the advertised reasonable price not that reasonable when you add in a minimum 80 euros for taxis to and from the hotel. I wouldn’t recommend trying to get there by train/bus as it is not a direct route and involves at least 20 minutes of walking pulling your suitcase and close to an hour provided you don’t get lost! The hotel is not being honest in their marketing.

They don´t have lunch boxes if your travel early and they forgott to call a cab for us.

There was a problem with the toilet tank flush.

it was a simple clean place

the hotel staff told us they had a shuttle which accepted card and had a flat rate of 25 euros. they then set up a taxi that did not accept card and was 32. euros. there were people smoking marijuana outside the hotel and yelling loudly all night.

it’s 12km from the airport with no access to public transport. The walls are thin I barely got sleep because I could hear people talk and babies crying.

The low score is not their fault. This is a pretty decent 2 star hotel. The problem is that it appears on the app as a 4 star hotel.
