Went for the Japan Tag 2023. Location is near to the station and accessible easily from the Train Station which connects to the airport. Clean and recent equipment. Staff were very kind.
The room was a bit small. There were no much power plugs.

Overally this place is perfect for a short stay in Düsseldorf. It location is a highlight - a few steps from Immermanstraße where you can find ample of Japanese, Korean & Chinese cuisine. The staff of the hotel are also super friendly.

Brekfast was fine and the staff was very friendly. The location was fine.
The room was very very small with a narrow single bed and when I opened my luggage in the room it was like there was no space left. there was no plug near the bed so I needed to leave my mobile phone at the bathroom to charge it. The worst thing was WIFI which they provided with a password. It was not capable to support all guests so I was not able to use the WIFI from my room. Instead I realised that the neighbour hotel provided WIFI for free without password and the communication quality was much more better.

We booked it for 2 adults and w kids. We didn't realize the Sleeper sofa was going to be so small and only fit one child.

Toilet very tight especially shower, soap dispenser kept coming off and could be a touch cleaner, but overall good place!

Most of the staff were friendly. Nice that breakfast was included. Walking distance to both the city center and the central station.
First of all, the room looked quite different in real life comparing to the pictures on Booking. Everything was old and not very clean. Even though it was around 18 degrees outside, it was very hot in the room so I don't even want to imagine what it's like in the middle of the summer. Uncomfortable bed. Only one power outlet by the bed so you have to choose between having a lamp or charging your phone :)
They do not have electronic keys but you need to give your key to the receptionist every time you go out. Several times I came back and the receptionist was not there and sometimes the keys were just spread out on the table, for anyone to take.
I chose this hotel mostly because of the location but if I would ever come back to Düsseldorf, I would not stay here again.
