Comfortable condo, beautifully appointed right on the beach, so many restaurants nearby and the added advantage of viewing a Space launching from your balcony!,

We had a wonderful time. The condo has everything we needed. Great location right on the beach.

Nice condo, beds are a bit high for little kids. Floor is tile throughout, with rugs in some areas. Nice having the beach toys available for use. Partial ocean view. Living room TV fairly complicated to use.

This condo had everything we needed for our stay. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of beach and bath towels, and the beach chairs and supplies were a nice touch. Nice quiet location and very easy access to the beach. Had some issues with check in, but Jennifer responded to us right away. Would definitely recommend for anyone planning a stay in Cocoa Beach!

Great, clean and just a great place to stay!

The condo was awesome! Very clean, great location, and had everything we needed. Working with Jennifer was great. Everything was organized which made our stay easy with no issues.

Very well stocked and super clean. Nice view of the beach from the balcony. Plenty of beach toys, umbrella and chairs. The Beds were nice and comfy. Nothing negative to say about the condo at all. The only thing that was annoying (nothing to do with the owner/condo) was you needed a key to get to the pool and beach. They need to update the locks with a code so you don’t get stuck without a key.

From the booking process to check to cleanliness and comfort this condo was absolutely perfect!! It felt like home from the minute we opened the door. Thank you for a great stay.

We drove over from Tampa FL for the long weekend. Had the best time. The condo is immaculate. I’m kind of a hotel snob, and was extremely pleased with the cleanliness. It has everything you need including beach towels, chairs, boogie boards. Will definitely go back!!

I wanted to express our thanks to you for letting us stay in your condo it was beyond our expectations. The location was perfect and you have it decorated beautifully with a truly "Salty/Beach" ambiance. The kitchen was filled with all of the amenities needed. The view of the ocean and the condo grounds/pool was spectacular. It was a short walk to the beach, which is a good thing because we spent most of our time on it. We also enjoyed watching our first ever Rocket Launch and driving around the Space Coast. I would highly recommend hope to maybe even return someday. PS This was my first real vacation in 8 years! Thank you!

Loved condo, location, and pool and beach!

Great location. Our condo has everything we needed. The only thing that was a little overboard was that that there were keys to get to the beach and keys to get to the pool.

The condo was excellent!! Loved the distance to the beach, it had everything we needed to create lots of Spring break memories!

601 was very clean and incredibly well stocked! I felt like we knew the owners and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and our stay enjoyable.:) I would definitely go back. The one downside was that the weather was cold part of the time so the property manager closed the pool (which included the hot tub because it is in the same gated area) for a few of the days and didn't open it until weather was back at 65 degrees. We would have like the hot tub on the cooler days.

You will not be sorry if you rent this for vacation. Everything was great and we enjoyed our time. Thanks to the property manager for making this so fun.

Very easy to deal with and very nice place to stay.

Our family of 5 stayed for 5 nights in August. We usually rent condos when we go away and this is one of the best we have stayed at. Very nicely furnished and felt modern. Extremely clean, all tile floor, very well organized and had EVERYTHING you could need in the kitchen. Plenty of room for everyone. We never used the TV but one in each bedroom and a large TV in living room. Wifi signal was very good. Nice selection of books(we each read a different book) beach chairs, umbrellas, frisbee, some kids beach toys etc…. Pool open until 10pm, easy access to beach and nice wash station to rinse off before returning to condo. Nice partial view of beach and cruise port in distance from side deck and 4 patio chairs and table on deck, we typically eat breakfast there while watching the surfers. Plenty of stores, places to eat within 5 minute drive. We liked coconuts on the beach for dinner and you can walk there from the beach in about 20-25 minutes. There is A1A rentals on the beach right in front of the condos/resort next door (to the right as you are walking onto beach) he rents nice boogie boards surf boards for very reasonable rate . Waves were great in morning and late afternoon. Pool area was also nice and clean and never had trouble finding chairs. Outside of the building does look a little dated, but we saw the “facility manager” every day while we were there working hard keeping the property clean. Quite at night, I’m a light sleeper and never had any problems with noise. There are 2 building and we were a little confused when we arrived the first night… this unit (601) is the L shaped building to the left. Will definitely rent here / this unit again. Thanks!

This condo was lovely & extremely clean! It was also stocked very well!! Jennifer was a very accommodating host… answered my texts quickly & took care of the small problem we had! I highly recommend!!!

The condo was perfect for our stay in Cocoa Beach. We had three teenagers with us for a week of surfing and beach time. The place was equipped with everything we could want and many extra little things that just made it extra nice. Super clean and many new things in this unit.
