Always clean and the friendliest staff. I feel safe there.

Friendly & professional front desk staff, clean room, big bathroom, comfortable bed

Everything was great. The staff was polite and freindly. The facility was beautiful and clean. The bed was so comfortable.

I understand breakfast was over at 9 am but it was 8:55 and the lady was rushing the food out and when we asked if we could eat she said with a pitched voice that she had been there since 5 am…

I didn’t like that when you speak to the employees they don’t speak back..,

The hotel and my room was very clean and well set up, easy to navigate, and in a fantastic location

This didn't negatively impact my stay but I just want to mention it so that the staff has the knowledge. I stayed in a king bed suite that had 2 tv's and both remotes could control both tvs so you couldn't use them at the same time because they could control one another.

could not find the switch for the bedside lamps . had to call the front desk to come show us.

We travel frequently for pleasure, but this visit was for medical treatment at the University Cancer & Blood Center. The bathroom was immaculate, which is important to me.

Wish there was a restaurant for dinner.

Very clean rooms, nice bed, great bathroom. The breakfast area was very nice, as was the pool and workout facilities. A nice newish hotel

Traffic noise from the street was pretty loud, the air handler was somewhat noisy as well and needed to be turned off.
