Clean, nice staff!

Door key didn’t work several times and we were on the 4 th floor. Breakfast not great, no hard boiled eggs or individual yogurts only bananas for fruit! Could be a bit better.

The location was not the best.

Kinda jammed in--the hotel as well as the suite. Naugahyde furniture has to go. Needs an updated look.

No extra charges for parking or breakfast. I also liked the size of the room. The beds looked comfortable. The price was very reasonable. The staff was courteous and friendly.

The mattress of the pull out sofa was thin, and you could feel the springs. Also, the room was not thoroughly cleaned.

Weird parking setup/too close to front of building/curbing is too tight for larger vehicles Remotes in the room didn’t turn tv on or off/ tried THREE!!! Spectrum had nothing anyone would want to watch. Get Verizon FiOS or Xfinity Cable or Direct TV The rates were ridiculously high. Just because OTHER people were coming back to school, going to games at the precious U of GA, we Were NOT! Two nights at $423! Ridiculous! Walls are too thin! We heard everything going on in the room beside us. There was no room service done to our room and we did not have DND on our door. Two people in a room and you only put amenities for one???!!!!! If you have two people in the room and you’re not going to clean it up, there should be double the bath linens!!! Drying your hair with the same towel you dry your body with for two days??!!! That sliver of soap was to be used for hand washing and bathing for two people… smh…. One small sampler of shampoo….

The staff was very courteous and professional.

We've stayed at this facility a couple of times a few years back and everything was wonderful. However, our August 3rd-4th stay was disappointing. The mattress was worn out and squeaky. The floors/carpet was filthy; especially near the microwave and refrigerator. We occupied room 407.
