Great value near Athens during UGA game day! Room was clean and room amenities were in line with what you pay.

Pillows were not that comfy

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable.

I traveled on a motorcycle and I stay in these older motels so I can park my bike right outside my door. When I was unpacking my bike, the owner came over and said I could park in his covered reserved spot since it was looking like it might rain. The room could have been awful but wouldn't have mattered to me since the owner made this gesture.

The AC was not on when I arrived and the room was rather hot. I can understand saving money on electricity but after riding for 10hrs, a cool room would have been nice.

The owner was friendly and obviously cares about the quality of his tenants’ stay.

Great location, close to many places to shop and eat, and the front desk woman was very nice

The very small room smelled musty and moldy (which they clearly know because there's an air freshener plugged in by the door). The door had black stuff dripping down the back, and the walls everywhere were chipped, worn, and stained. The rug was stained as well by the door, and in the morning while it was raining, the rug felt damp. All of the outlet covers were cracked. It was a very old, shabby room BADLY in need of renovation.

The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The room was very reasonably priced.

The breakfast was below expectations. It consisted of packaged muffins that were expired by a few weeks. The room was very dated and was a little dirty around the edges of the carpet.

The jacuzzi tub

The room was sketchy. When we got to the door it looked like someone had beat it in and wouldn’t close all the way. The ppl that stayed beside us was so loud all night long we decided to leave early bc we couldn’t take the loudness and the weirdness from them anymore.
