2018 model. We have owned this for 3 years. Cute little RV that has a GVWR of 3500lbs. Can be pulled with most SUV's. Fully loaded! Queen size bed, refrigerator, 2 burner gas range, microwave with convection oven, sink, wet-bath, T.V., radio with Bluetooth, DVD, CD. Dinette that converts to a bed that is larger than a twin but a bit smaller than a full. I would call it a bed and a half! Perfect for 2 children or one adult comfortably. Has additional tent/awning. solar panels, and hook ups. Satellite and cable hook up. Black water flush outlet. All hoses and sewer line, leveling blocks and sewer hose supports, electric cables and extra hoses/ cables included with rental. Has anti-sway hitch that renters will use to tow the camper. See tutorial videos for set up and hitch. You will need to bring your own linen or sleeping bags. I have 4 plates, bowls, eating utensils for 4, 2 microwave safe plates that I leave in the camper. ****MUST HAVE A 7 PIN CONNECTOR***** ☆PICK UP AND DROP OFF TIMES VARY. Due to my work schedule and the day, I may not be in town for a super early pick up. Please coordinate times several days before by texting your desired pick up time, so that I can arrange to have someone there to meet you. If you are an experienced renter, I can leave the keys in a lock box and you can pick up at your convenience.
