We encountered the issue with water - right when we arrived, the pump malfunctioned and it took half a day to fix it, so we didn’t have any water in room before evening. Even after fix the flow level was average at best. The internet at “guest” hotspot is limited programmatically to 5 Mbit/sec, which isn’t enough in case you require it for work. It is much better at Chalet (restaurant/main building area). Spa visits/discounts are included only in most expensive rooms, I wish this option would be a bit more inclusive for all categories. The room service didn’t include change of bed sheets. The TV remote was cracked in half, though still working. One day it simply lost signal, we haven’t figured out why. The property promotes itself with an ability to take horse riding classes, but you should better ask for it weeks before actual visit, because most of horses might already be reserved. The bed mattress is a bit too soft, but it’s my personal opinion. I would opt out for a bit harder one.
