What breakfast?It wasn't included. The township was easy to navigate as they were working on the roads so there were road blocks and detours every single day of our stay. The washing machine and dryer meant we travelled home with clean clothes no washing to do. It was warm clean and comfortable there.

A lot of the shops were closed or didn't open what they had advertised, nothing to do with the accommodation. I wish you had a coffee machine there! Netflix would've been good or a Smart TV so we could login to our own home networks.

Attention to cleanliness could’ve been better. Windows very dirty, cupboard handles need a good scrub, bottle tops left in walk in wardrobe & rubbish on floor behind ensuite door. Bedding needs replaced to fit beds as all a tad small. Also received growly email as we weren’t out till 10.30 even tho visitors book states checkout is 11?

There were not enough easy chairs for a group of six middle aged adults. Only 4 face flannels,one hand towel per bathroom one teatowel for 3 nights 2 teaspoons......

The property was spacious, clean and light with great kitchen facilities and modern décor. The location was central to Twizel and there was plenty of room for our biking gear.

I booked the property because it had a log burner however when we used it, smoke poured out of the seals and filled the house which was an unfortunate start to our stay. I was also cold as the main bed did not have an electric blanket and there weren't any extra blankets anywhere in the house that I could find. There was no light bulb in one of the main bedroom side lamps and I've never stayed in a place before that did not have a rubbish bin and extra toilet rolls in the ensuite. We eventually found them in the laundry cupboard however for the price paid for this property I had expected a little more attention to these kinds of details.

The house was very huge and spacious. The interior had a Scandinavian and boho design - very nice indeed. We travelled by rental car and it was very easy to follow the instructions to the property. Clean rooms and bathrooms.

None. Only wished we had stayed more than 1 night!
