Lage: Mitten in der Innenstadt, sehr kurze Wege zum Zentrum und zu umliegenden Bars und Restaurants. Trotzdem nicht zu laut. Zimmer: Schöne Zimmer mit guter, komfortabler Ausstattung (TV, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, Tresor, Bade-/Duschwanne, Bidet, WC) Frühstück: Alles was das Herz begehrt, von herzhaft über Müsli und Obst bis hin zu typischem spanischem Frühstück. Sehr tolle und natürliche Teeauswahl in Teedosen :) Für meine Abreise, mitten in der Nacht wurde mir sogar ein Lunch-Paket gemacht.

Im 4. Stock hat es bei Zimmer 411 durchweg ein immer wiederkehrendes störendes Geräusch gegeben. Ähnlich wie ein der Starter einer Lampe oder eines Srtomkastens der immer wieder ein- und ausschaltet.

The location is really good. It is close to Roman ruins, good restaurants, bars and cafes. You can walk to most places within ten minutes. It is also close to low cost long term parking so you don't need to use the overpriced Hotel parking.

The reception staff were unfriendly and not helpful. When we booked we had one simple request, a double bed. On arrival they said they didn't have one available, but they also never looked. It was an instant answer to our question. Does that mean that they don't actually have double beds? It would have been good to know if that was the case when we booked so we could make a decision based on facts. First impressions count and this was not a good start. The door walking into the hotel is filthy dirty, then when you get to the room and go to the bathroom, there were black curly hairs in the basin and the bath. That was before the air conditioning broke down for two days.

the hotel is in a great location near to all shops and restaurants.

It looked a bit tired in the room especially the bathroom and the breakfast was not so great, some of the food looked dry and the beans and scrambled eggs were tepid not hot.

me parecio un hotel muy correcto, pero algo caro, eso si si se paga la ubicacion, es perfecto. La cama muy muy blando el colchon, yo creo que ya es hora de cambairlo. La habitacion, mas bien pequeña y la cama igual muy pequeña

The receptionist on the arrival was super helpful. As our car was too big to fit in hotel car park she has pointed the alternative solution and give us a discount voucher. The room view was exquisite The bed was very comfortable.

Very helpful staff, especially Ruben on reception. Clean and inviting. Good private parking.

Bar and restaurant like a canteen. Would suggest you eat locally. Dull menu.

The concierge was wonderful from the moment we arrived, to explaining the car lift into the carpark(!), to when we reluctantly left the following day. Our room had a roof terrace which overlooked the harbour and afforded a lovely vista. It was a wonderful location being on the harbour but a few steps away from the museum and Roman Amphitheatre. Excellent in every way.

Hotel is situated in the port, close to the Roman Theatre which’s worth of visiting. Our apartment’s terrace had a stunning view of the mountains and a bit of marina with a moored submarine. Comfortable bed and all that small details like disposable slippers and bathrobe made our stay almost as at home. Hotel staff was kind, friendly and polite. Underground parking with the access by the elevator was simultaneously convenient and amazing.

Everything in the hotel is of high quality but a little bit old and needs to be refurbished.

room small, hot & stuffy and the a/c didn’t cool the room. the room was also very tired/old…the furniture was old/damaged! it was next to the church with bell ringing every 15 minutes. very little sleep! the restaurant was also closed, which we were not informed about at time of booking.

1) On arrival the toilet hadn’t been cleaned and we had to change rooms. 2) The second room had a leak in the air conditioning unit resulting in a very wet bedroom floor 3) On three occasions the room key did not work and we had to go to reception for another

We loved our stay at the NH Cartagena Hotel. You couldn't get a better location for sightseeing around Cartagena. The hotel was spotless and the staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. It was our first year wedding anniversary and the hotel surprised us with a bottle of cava and some chocolates. We paid for breakfast and the choice was fantastic. There was variety of cheese, hams, pastries, fresh fruit, cereals and you could even ask the hotel to make you eggs or omelet's. Would highly recommend this hotel

Nothing, everything was perfect

Location is spot on, right by the harbour and within minutes you are in the main town, lots of restaurants & bars on the doorstep. Didn't use any of the hotel facilities, breakfast/dinner etc so can't comment. The room was unusual in its layout, but we had a huge balcony - a shame the balcony did not have more comfortable seating/lounge area/loungers and some greenery would have made it perfect, it was rather sparse! View was amazing though, overlooking the harbour. All in all a great little hotel, would definitely stay again.

The balcony was huge and could have had some nicer touches - literally just a table and 2 plastic chairs, a nicer seating area and loungers would have been fab, there is more than enough room to do so.

Perfect location in a nice area just 10 minutes walk to the Rock Imperium festival that I was attending.

Unfortunately not 20 meters away from the hotel there are some open terraces that play loud music until late. So the first two nights, after 12 hours of live music, I came back to my room around 1:00am to have a good rest and get ready for the next day, but the music and partying was so loud I could not sleep at all until around 4.30. As a consequence the next day I was exhausted and slept until late so I missed room cleaning. I left the "please clean my room" sign at the door, but when I came back the room was as I had left it. So I paid more than €700 for a noisy and dirty room. The staff where understanding about it and did apologize but I think this should be either prevented from happening or the hotel should inform clients beforehand so they know what they are paying for. This completely ruined my festival experience. Had I know this I would have booked elsewhere.
