Great location and alternative to hotels. Access to rooftop, pool and workout area was a huge plus. Several restaurant choices with easy access to Pikes Place and the waterfront!

Loved the location, hosts were super communicative. We were able to cook a dinner and breakfasts at the VRBO to get going on our day or end it early if we were tired. Downtown Seattle is great and we appreciated the great weather! We could walk or scooter everywhere!

Great location near many of the attractions downtown. Worked well for our 3 generation family vacation. Just 2 suggestions - put a corner shelf or 2 in shower and add blinds to patio door in master bedroom. Would stay here again.

Great property for a family, fantastic location. Private condominium complex with security & pool & tons of restaurants & bakeries within walking distance. We parked our car in the garage (tight space), and did not need to drive the rest of our stay. Would stay again.

This property is truly in a great location - walkable to the Market, Pioneer Square, the Space Needle, Art Museum, the Ferry, Light Rail, etc. The condo was clean, comfortable, and very secure. In short, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and we highly recommend it!

Apt is a split bedrooms so you can have privacy. The small balcony overlooks 2nd Ave which can provide some entertainment with watching the street action. The windows provide a decent view of the skyline. Overall the apt is nice, bright and comfortable. We cooked a big meal one night and had plenty of utensils to cook with. A huge plus is the ability to access both roof decks. The roof deck in the tower the the apt is in provides gives you a chance to sit outside and chat or cook. BUT the roof deck in the connected tower across the 3rd floor Campaneile is really cool - a beautiful view of the bay. We had several libations toasting the sunset from that deck. Its a little twisting to get there but worth the time. There is a pool and sauna which we did not use but looked well tended and clean. The access procedures are thorough and provide a safe building. We were met by the owner's representative and he was very thorough with showing how everything worked. Our single complaint was the parking space. The good news you have access to a parking space in a gated garage - NICE! The bad news is it is a very tight space - got little Fiat - no problem. We had a van and it took a good 10 minutes to maneuver it into the space between the column and van in the next space. We walked everywhere and accessed the van only occasionally so it was not a real problem but someone who may wish to be in and out multiple times a day - make sure you have a small car if you have a choice. It is very convenient and safe. That said, we would return.

The condo was EXACTLY as described. All you need to make a little home-away-from-home, and they left us some very good coffee and all the supplies you need (other than fresh cream, of course). The person who checked us in explained how everything worked. There was even a first-aid kit and a toolbox in the closet in case we needed to repair ourselves or any of our stuff! Within walking distance of all the major tourist stuff. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The condo is in a great location and east walking distance to waterfront attractions. Ashley and Mike communicated appropriately before our stay and Dee greeeted us in a timely manner upon arrival.

My family had a very unique Seattle experience because it had snowed prior to arriving and the city was mostly closed down. Our condo was a great place to hang out in the evenings after our days out in the cold and was safe and secure. We were able to walk to the Seattle Center and visit the attractions there. We were also in easy walking distance to Pike's Market and Anthony's for dinner. Our hosts could not have been more accommodating and were flexible in giving us the option of staying an extra night when we weren't sure if Snoqualmie Pass was going to be open the day we left.

Booked this property for a girls weekend trip. Right down the street from the Climate Pledge Arena where we attended an Eric Church concert. Location was perfect, the hosts were wonderful and we would definitely stay here again. Felt safe with all the extra security measures in place.

Comfortable apartment for 6 guests (if OK with pull out couch). Close walking distance to all the downtown attractions. One parking spot included!

The apartment was clean and the pictures are accurate. The location was absolutely perfect with lots of restaurants nearby in walking distance. The apartment is just 4 blocks from the space needle and near the pier. The check-in process was easy and everything went better than could have been expected.

The location was amazing, easy walk to the market or pier 57-60. Also if you want to tryout the scooters you will be on a main road with a bike lane for safety. I was very skeptical about it but my husband talked me into it and I loved it.

The location was perfect for Seattle sightseeing. We were easily within walking distance to the Space Needle and Pikes Place Market. Tons of restaurants in the area as well. We were there over a weekend and the neighborhood is a little noisy during the late night hours. We loved having a parking spot in a secure garage however, the spot was a little challenging to navigate into with our minivan.

We had a marvelous stay here for our first time in Seattle! This luxurious unit was walking distance to everything we did: Space Needle/ Chihully Museum, Pike’s Market and Underground tour. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

We loved staying in 442. Ashley was very friendly and there was so much to do in Seattle. The unit was very clean and all the appliances worked great. The mattresses were all very comfy.

We had a great experience at this property. It is as advertised. The only thing unfamiliar to me was the check in process where we actually met up with a friend of the owner to gain entry and the keys for the property. I’ve never done that before. This Did not take away from the property as it was very conveniently located, easy access in and out, and just a great place to stay to experience the downtown atmosphere. We did have our own parking spot in the secured garage and though it was a really really tight squeeze it was fine and again something that does not take away from the actual tangible property where we stayed.

We had a wonderful stay in Seattle. The condo was comfortable, well-equipped and in a great location, near to all the Seattle sights. Our hosts were very responsive and quick to get back to us with answers to our questions. Great place to stay.
