Literally a few steps and your on main strip, yet the rooms are very quite. also the beds are supervised so no towels left all day, and seemed plenty about for everyone. Reception staff are so helpful as-well.
They do have cleaners that come every 2days, and the apartments have most cleaning products in the apartment, but I would like a floor brush, mop and bucket, as I don't mind giving the floors a quick wipe when wet or spillage. And the lack of air con, though I was there in a heat wave, if no heatwave I think the ceiling fan and tall standing fan would be sufficient.

I really liked the location of this property as it has an entrance just off the strip so no hills and within walking distance to everywhere. the bar and restaurant had a great choice and variety on the menu with really friendly staff.
The pool was so cold a pity it wasn’t heated. would have preferred a better view from my apartment but will ask for it next time. I did pay for a superior apartment but wasn’t looking out at anything. some apartments looked out on the ocean.

Reception closing at 10 P. M. Access to apartment was difficult for me to climb 4 flights of stairs. Would have preffered one on the ground.

Would definitely recommend La Peneta, great location and the staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble, when I needed to go to Hospital for a chest infection they wrote the address down to give to taxi driver and always asked me how I was the following days
