tnew bathrooms , plenty of rooms and entertainment - the pool ! and the alpacas who we named bucky , alan and steve .. Booked a hens here and went on a winery tour then spent the following day at the house beautiful weather , had a bbq and swim / tanning all day by the pool

more seats around the pool area and the umbrella didn't seem to go up but hey didn't really bother us the water was great! geoff the owner was friendly and accomodating

We stayed with our extended family for 2 nights to attend a wedding. The house has plenty of space for everyone. The backyard was a hit with the playground and the alpacas to feed. The fire pit and the outdoor dining area. We loved how clean it was with all fresh linen and plenty of extra blankets. We also loved everything available in the kitchen with everything you need to cook with staples in the cupboard for use also including little treat like marshmallows for the fire. Having toys and activities for the kids is a great idea so we didn’t have to bring heaps of our own stuff and the kids had new things to keep them entertained inside and outside. The gym area also got some use.

Very clean, tidy and spacious. Plenty of activities on site. Alpacas were very cute!

Bunk bed was very squeaky

The whole property is beautiful, loved how kid friendly it is, very homey touches. The outside fire pit was a hit. And is in a great location, the house itself is on a large block of land which means the kids could ride their bikes and wonder around while being fenced in.

The house was large enough to have our own space to have quiet time. It has beautiful gardens & pool, that are well maintained. It is close to all activities in the Hunter Valley. They were really easy to get to. We all had a lovely time during our stay. It is quiet & secluded. The whole setting was lovely. Just what my sisters & I needed.

Only small detail is the toilet paper would have been better if it was 2 ply & not 1 ply. There is nothing more we could fault.

AMAZING property. House was so cleaned, big rooms, modern bathrooms and the kids enjoyed the pools and lots of outdoor activities. A well looked after property, great and private location for families. Next time we are going to Huntlee we will definitely choose Mountain view again. Host was great and easy to deal with too. Location was amazing. Lovely and relaxing view. Surrounding was quiet. Nice garden area to sit and relax. The house was clean and well maintained by the owner. This place suits all age groups. Kids friendly. The owners were approachable all the time and made our stay more pleasant.
