El trato de todo el personal excelente, habia animacion, muy bien el spa, camas super comodas, habitaciones muy amplias, comida bien.

Mas opciones en los menus tipo vegetarianas o veganas, no habia ninguna en el buffet libre, habia que pagar el agua en una pension completa….

very large room worth having a sea view. Hotel was full of pensioners having a great time, plenty of bridge going on and entertainment.

Not near many decent bars and restaurants.

Pool schedule is too tight.

The reception staff not so nice…front desk is the face of an hotel,well…i should say that those girls were not so friendly.

The room was large and spotlessly clean with a lovely view. There were plenty of sitting areas and the bar terrace was very nice. The evening entertainment was great fun.

The coffee at breakfast was undrinkable!

this is a great hotel right by the beach with fabulous facilities for both couples and families. the bedroom was huge with 2 large double beds and it was immaculate. the bathroom was also very large and very clean and a good hot powerful shower. the buffet food choice was extensive for most tastes and we certainly ate well. we didn’t use the swimming pool or spa but they both looked fabulous! the bar staff were very friendly and we had good priced drinks by the pool. there was entertainment o. the night we stayed with great music. lovely to see so many people up dancing on the dance floor! we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Perfect location by the beach, surrounded by many bars & restaurants, really nice view from the room. Staff is efficient and professional.

Big & busy hotel, the whole thing feels like an efficient but impersonal machines. The swimming pool was packed and the evening show lasting until midnight was pretty loud.

The room was a very decent size with a lovely sea view and distant view of Peniscola Castle. The whole hotel was exceptionally clean. We arrived at the same time as numerous Pensionistas but Booking In was well organised. As a result, due to the number of guests it meant that meal sittings times were set and there was a considerable queue, unfortunately it meant our evening meal allocation was later than we would normally dine, but it is Spain and many prefer to dine later. The beach was lovely and clean, and if you like walking then it is a lovely level walk along the beach front, but it is some distance to Peniscola Castle which itself is typically quite a climb for anyone with mobility issues. However, all in all our stay at the Hotel itself was enjoyable and recommended for a quiet holiday. I would stay there again.

Great pool, spacious and well lit reception area & hallways. Excellent location - directly across from the beach.

They downgraded our room, gave us a twin room despite asking for a double bed. The room STANK of smoke.

Pleasant stay, decent sized room but very noisy. We could hear all the kids running up and down the corridor. The hotel was clean. The staff was polite and answered every question we had. I hope the hotel pays them well, as it can get very busy as I saw.

Avoid the subterranean parking. Was really hard to park the car, very tight spaces. The beach near in front of the hotel was always packed. The hotel is also far from the city centre. The food was average but very varied. Not so many options for babies and kids, in my opinion.
