Sade was an excellent host . The room was spotlessly clean , The best breakfast I,ve had for a long time . Location just a short walk from the town centre .

Lovely lovely hosts, very clean and cute room. Fantastic breakfast every single day without fail for our whole week stay. Could not thank Jon and Sade enough, they go above and beyond for every single guest. Absolutely fantastic 😊

Only slight issue is the parking, 3 very tight spaces and I suggest if you’re going to park up … don’t get in your car and leave as the space will be gone!

The breakfast was delicious they asked in advance what we wanted every morning. There was a mini fridge in each room with snacks and drinks and milk for hot drinks. The hosts were friendly and gave great advice for days out.

We recently returned from a weeks stay in Kethla house and it was brilliant. The rooms are beautiful, the beds are extremely comfy and the breakfast is available in abundance, there is so much choice and food and we never left the breakfast table feeling unsatisfied. The location is perfect for visiting the beach and all the local resturants ect with only a 10ish minute walk. I will say the part that makes Kethla house so amazing is the owners, they are so welcoming and friendly and warm and honestly cannot do enough, especially Sade! She was so very sweet and kind and loving towards my little boy I almost felt like she was part of the family with the way she was with him! She was the perfect host and went above and beyond to help myself, partner and son when we had trouble with transport! I don't think I would stay anywhere else now after being treated so kindly at Kethla house and we have already discussed coming back for a holiday next year!!

The location was perfect, easily accessible. The hosts were excellent and made us feel incredibly welcome. We were met with a warm welcome by Sade, who kindly made us drinks with biscuits. Our room was well equipped and had the necessary essentials for ourselves, 9 year old son and 10 month old baby. We had a very comfortable nights sleep. Our breakfast did not disappoint and our 10 month old was catered for, despite porridge not being an option on the menu, Jonathan and Sade made sure they were able to supply this. We had the pleasure of meeting Jonathan and Sades children who are an absolute credit to them. Overall a positive experience and we look forward to returning in the near future!

We loved it all!

Lovely guest house really close to Torquay town centre, easy to get around and see the town. Sade and Jon were extremely helpful and accommodating. Great breakfast choices too, lovely for the children to be made a fuss of and given a super choice of their liking too.

The only thing that was tricky was the parking but there were plenty of places near by to safely park the car so this wasn’t a problem.

Beautiful guest house Great location Very clean & tidy Jon & Sade were excellent hosts, very friendly & welcoming, would definitely return Great selection for breakfast, cooked perfectly
