Room and bathroom were filthy, building was worn out, staff except the maids were so so, I don’t understand why you put guests right next to each other when you have so many rooms! I had a child in the next room running around past 11p and whomever seeming like they were unpacking for a month all while my family of five were trying to SLEEP! I ended up putting ear plugs in and then noise canceling headphones on top just to try to get to sleep after 11p! The money spent was not worth it compared to the other Hotels we stayed at during our holiday/vacation.

The most comfortable beds for a hotel, awesome breakfast and the hotel was so nice and the staff was amazing, the room was huge loves the big fridge, dishwasher and all the tableware including silverware. The automatic blind was great to. They provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Excellent hotel for my stay. The room was clean, comfortable and enjoyable. Home2 Suites never lets me down and it is always a joy to stay.
I would have liked to have laundry facilities on the property. Other than that, everything was great.

We were very pleased with the extreme cleanliness of the Hotel. Rooms are very confortable and all staff have been very friendly.
The pool is close to an exhaust pipe from the building and sometimes smell bad.

Great location! I only stayed for a night while on a long road trip. The Publix was right next door and made it easy to walk over to grab some food. Pensacola Beach was a short 10min drive away which made it easy catch the sunset and the sunrise. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Nice bathroom too.

Very close to the beach. The room was clean and comfortable. We liked having a kitchen set up in room. The parking lot is connected to a Publix and a Panera which was very convenient.
It’s a little difficult to get on and off the main road. There’s two lanes merging into a one way at the front entrance which is hard to get into.

The friendly staff, breakfast, and cleanliness
There was a laundry fire, and it was stressful for our dog, as well as us, and we felt the handling of compassion to the night could have been done differently. .

-short drive over the bridge to Pensacola beach
-next door to Publix grocery store for any groceries needed
-wish they had breakfast sandwiches without cheese or had meet, eggs, etc separate like Hyatt place does for people with food allergies
-housekeeping short staffed so rooms weren’t ready at standard check in time. I was called and told my room was ready but they when I went front desk went up and checked and it was locked so I had to wait to check in.
-expensive for what the property is

There was a razor blade with hair in our shower when we got there.
