Location is great, but this place is not worth all the money I paid

A/c wasn't cooling at all, I went and tell to the service desk and they couldn't care less, they said they where fully book so I couldn't get another room, they said they will send maintenance and no one ever came, barely slept the whole night, we left first thing in the morning. We travel a lot to Pensacola and never had any inconvenience at any of the others hotels. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

The private beach was really nice and the restaurant had really good food. Pool was clean and just the right size.

They didn't have the room I originally booked so got downgraded. The air conditioner didn't work in my first room so had to move rooms after the first night. House keeping only came twice in 5 days and had to request towels at the front desk every day. Beds were extremely uncomfortable, the floor felt softer. All the rooms need a major update.

So without warning guests before they book, the owner of this hotel apparently allowed a group of white people in a fake Indian tribe called "mayoki" to book about 25 percent of the hotel. From what myself and other guests observed, the group is about partying...not honoring any Indian tribes. This group played music late at night preventing sleep, put up flags blocking view of the bay, and even banged on a tom tom drum loudly at 630am while they did shots! They were allowed to decorate all their 15+ rooms on the outside. Sounds too bizarre to be true but it happened. The local newspaper even did a story of this group and the negative reactions they received in the town as they danced around doing pow wows and, partied in their shiny tacky fake Indian attire(much of it revealing--shame!!) Why the owner of a Quality Inn chain would be allowed to do or even want to this is beyond me. Maybe the $$ received.

There was nothing I didn't like. Everything was great.

Beach & pool were both clean and inviting. Our room was clean and I liked that there was no carpet on the floor.

Continental breakfast was nice but would have been excellent with fresh brewed coffee. One of the bed covers had a burn hole in it. The door to the room didn't always latch properly

The view was nice.

No hot water!!! Place is run down!!

Water views are beautiful with sunset. Newly updated big space room. Good breakfast with views.
