Pleasant staff that were professional and well trained.

The staff was very nice. The hotel was clean except the pool was dirty.
The beds were so uncomfortable. The power went out for over an hour and made the room super hot. When we ate at the rooftop bar, my husband ordered fish and chips, and the waitress told us it would be missing a piece because it fell on the ground while being plated. We understood but she never comped the meal or even gave a discount. The food tasted bad and the price was not worth it.

Amazingly well maintained and clean, even the top of door frames were dusted. Rooms were immaculate, and staff demonstrated great hospitality. On-site restaurant convenient and decent.
Common space doors were missing hardware and gave it an unfinished look.

The was no hot water in the bathroom sink and no exhaust fan in the bathroom had to go to Lobby to go to the bathroom so it would not stink up the room

the front desk staff were less than pleasant. super long check in with only two people in line. having come from the hotel industry…the front desk staff were sub par.

location was convenient and nice to have a restaurant on site. We had dinner our first night and the food was good and the service was great.
We upgraded our reservation to include breakfast. The food was good, but had to wait multiple times for the staff to prepare more. The only waitress was very nice, but could have used more help. We didn’t even use our coupons for Sunday, because they didn’t open until 7 am and we had to leave. The cost to add the breakfast was not worth it for us.

Very friendly staff
Bed - might be OK if you need a very firm mattress - but was overly firm for me and hurt my shoulders.
A/C - would start up loudly every 20-30 mins - woke me up multiple times - would have expected a quieter system for an IHG property
Breakfast - fair price but breakfast was below average
Shower - we were there just 1 night so didn’t use - but there were black flecks of something on shower floor

Breakfast was fine, the location was great with plenty of parking.
I asked for a quiet room, the first room we were given was directly underneath the lounge/restaurant and it was so noisy the walls were vibrating. We asked for a different room and fortunately there was one available.
The sheets on the bed were very unsatisfactory - they were some type of poly material that did not breathe and it was either keep the sheet on and sweat or turn the air conditioning down to 64 degrees to make it tolerable. I recently stayed at an IHG Holiday Inn property at the Frankfurt airport and they had 100% cotton sheets and were very comfortable. Also, the pillows were almost flat.....
The toilet "ran" all night and in the morning it overflowed onto the bathroom floor.

The property was really nice and clean
We stayed in room 402 right below the restaurant so I was up all night with the noise from the restaurant banging chairs moving not a restful sleep

Super comfy bed. Cleaning staff cleaned my room every day! The breakfast had simple tasty options. The overall hotel was clean and bright. Easy access to restaurants and shops.

convenient location. everything was clean. room was excellent. Friendly staff. best hotel we have ever stayed in. We plan to stay here again later this year when we visit family. love that it is no smoking and no animals as I have asthma and have to be careful where I stay to avoid an asthma attack.
