Very pleased with all features. Location, facilities, bath room, food, and personnel. In breakfast area, Katie was exceptional with her pleasantness and going beyond duties to provide food choices and tending to our needs.

Was only able to stay one night. More than wanted to pay, but as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for."

The hotel lobby and breakfast area was clean. Our room was clean. The breakfast was good and had a decent selection of items. Good location. The ladies that I encountered at the front desk were very nice.

Lots of trash on the grounds outside of the hotel room window. Young man at desk wasn't very helpful when I reported an issue at the pool. Mattresses in the room could use an upgrade.

The breakfast was really good, and had plenty of options. I loved the fact that they had full size shampoo/body wash vs. small bottles elsewhere.

The staff on call when we checked in was not very helpful. Our room was not ready when we arrived and we were asked to leave and come back in an hour. After the hour, it still was not available. Ask us to go to the neighboring hotel, which did not have a pool. When we were FINALLY checked in, and made it to the pool, there were no towels available, after going to the front desk to get some, we were told they couldn’t give them to us, they would be delivered, 2 hours later, STILL NOT DELIVERED! The staff however the following morning were delightful, and the lady working the breakfast service was the most helpful of anyone we encountered.

Router issues with the hotel ...couldn't properly check in ...then on the last day there some random person comes walking into our room ,due to them not being able to track what rooms are full and which ones arent

Breakfast was good and this was one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in all year. Convenient location with easy check in and out. Room was small, but efficient for our needs. Overall it was a good value.

The pool is small and there's no hot tub.
