Great location on the beach with amazing sea view. Kitchen with everything you could need. Secure parking. Short walk to Sovereign Harbour. Two bathrooms always a bonus.

Amazing balcony. However, totally lacking in any kind of patio funniture. Therefore, unable to enjoy alfresco breakfast or evening drinks. Bed linen not the best. Need to pick up keys in central Eastbourne ,so not convenient if travelling by public transport.

Almost everything was great.

The front door lock was difficult to operate and didn’t seem secure.

The view and location were ideal for us. Enjoyed the harbour too.

We knew no microwave before visit but one would've been helpful.

Excellent location with easy access to walks along Sovereign Harbour. Nice and warm apartment which was well equipped however had several small shortcomings

Missing lots of small things such as microwave, bin liners. Could do with a more thorough cleaning especially washing machine which was filthy. Cleaning of floors and surfaces not up to scratch

It's a beautiful a apartment they only thing we miss that a microwave that will be very useful for the apartment we had a lovely 2 days hoping to come back very soon

Brilliant location, apartment clean and had everything we needed.

Balcony doors in both lounge and bedroom were difficult to open and close. The instructions in the welcome manual were not correct.

The apartment was of a good size and light and airy. The location was excellent with good sea views. The settee in the living area was comfortable for two people, and there was one other comfortable chair. The two en-suite rooms were spacious, and reasonably well equipped.

It was very impersonal. Nobody shows you in, and you have to jump through various hoops to find the keys and the fob to open the gates to get into the car park. The furnishings and fixtures and fittings are well worn, and basically the kitchen, especially, and the taps etc in the bathrooms need a good make over. One bed was very soft, and the duvets were very heavy for springtime. The double tilt and slide doors in the living room and one of the bedrooms, let in a lot of droughts, and were old and we dared not open them. These window doors were also filthy from the outside, and needed a good clean. We realise that in a coastal position windows easily get covered with sea spray etc, but they had obviously not been cleaned for a while, and surely should be cleaned before each set of guests arrive.

The location was very good with lovely sea views. The apartment exceeded expectations in it's make-up and was very comfortable. It was quiet in the surrounding area but only a short distance from good facilities. The private car park was also very re-assuring.

The apartment was a little tired in places but didn't detract from the enjoyment of our stay.

Great location. Quiet and right on the seashore. Beautiful. Apartment is light and spacious. Comfy beds most amenities and wifi. Two bathrooms. Free parking. Keys left in safe space which was helpful. Great area to explore.

Very little. No microwave which was a shame. would stay again. In fact we plan to. Apartment was clean but please clean outside of the sea facing windows especially as there was a cleaning fee.
