Extremely clean. I have never visit the place clean like this one. Location was as expected.

The decor was amazing. Room was small but comfortable. Free coffee was amazing. Codes for the door made us feel very secure. The back patio was very cozy.

The location was, different, I'm a country person so city living is different. The people staying on the 3rd floor were very loud all through the night, could hear everything they did. The temperature in the room got quite warm at night.

This place is absolutely beautiful. The interior is furnished to the smallest detail. The beds are so comfortable - all in all it's the best accommodation we've stayed in so far. Even the area is not as bad / dangerous as we heard about before. No creepy people on the streets ^^ And we found a parking space just around the corner.

Clean and comfortable

THE PARKING, I had to park my car two blocks away and always afraid , will the car be there next morning or stolen during the night Arrangments for client parking has to be arranged.

The space was beautiful and comfortable for our weekend getaway. We enjoyed our space and the provided amenities.

The listing doesn’t make it clear that the rental is shared among several renters. We weren’t aware that we’d be sharing the rental with others until the check-in email/text. The listing seems purposefully deceptive on this front.

The location - close to downtown, the neighbourhood around is up and coming. It's not quite a hotel, nor a b&b (in the sense that you get no breakfast). It's a three story walk-up heritage building, recently renovated. On the morning of your arrival the host will text you the code that unlocks front door, so you can arrive any time you want. Your room is ready, squeaky clean and beautifully decorated.first floor has common area with sitting room and a kitchenette with a keurig machine, a full size fridge/freezer, and a microwave (but no stove) that you can use. Guest rooms are on the second and third floor. The place is largely unattended - we stayed for 2 days and never seen the hosts, but they responded to our questions very promptly.

Beware: the 'free parking' means that you have to find a spot on the street, which means you may end up parking a couple of blocks away. The room was rather warm for the blankets supplied, we only figures out how to close the heating vents when leaving the place. Bathroom could use a hair dryer and some sort of a shelf for toiletries. Enough nitpicking! =)
