We liked the little vacation village setting and that it was close to everything that we planned to do. The cottage had plenty of space and was exceptionally clean. It was a great value for the location. Great for a family vacation with two adult children so that everyone had their own space. It was an ideal get away location.
We did not like a crawl space that was large and open in the upstairs queen bedroom closet that only was closed by one nail rather than the large space being secured shut during our stay. It did not feel safe and secure as it would've had it been nailed shut during our stay. We did not like that two random vehicles with no parking ID showed up on the last two nights of our stay that parked in our parking space in front of our cottage. We would've preferred shades on the decorative windows for the option to cover those.

The cottages were so quaint and the village was super quiet. The Tavern food was yummy and easy quickly. The mermaid experience was awesome for the littles and the pool/splash pad area was fun. The lighthouse was a neat experience as well!
Our ceiling fan went out 3 days before we left. Maintenance came by a few times saying they would be right back with a new one but no one ever came. Also, we had 6 people staying in the cottage and there was only comfortable seating for 4 people in the living room area.

Very quaint and clean cottages, grounds nicely manicured, convenient location to Branson yet secluded.
Cottages were well equipped but could use a decor make over and interior update.

Love stormy point always
We go often
Liked the new duvet covers
Dirty! Bloody sheets, dead bugs, dusty furniture
Light bulbs too dim in bathroom. Or burned out I don’t know. It was really dark in there, far darker than usual.

This is a very nice place. We will book there again.
Needs to be more handicap friendly. No hand rail on my steps outside.

Greeter said we had no reservations, even after they had called us. We were disgusted and drove back home. After phone calls to them we discovered the name on the reservation was backwards. Doesn’t help much.

I love the location.
The house was really dusty. My allergies got the best of me.

The location was convenient to entertainment venues, restaurants and shopping. The Cape Cod house and decor was charming.
Didn’t like a sales pitch upon arrival for a time share.

It was pretty area , not to far away from center of Branson but just enough away from things to be perfect location . Friendly helpful staff . Lots of room in the cottages .

I loved the quietness and not in the fast paced tourist area.
Not having a parking space. Felt very uncomfortable leaving my car in the street at night.

I did like the pool for the kids and entertainment at night.
Cleanliness was horrible. Garbage outside everywhere. Inside floor was not clean, toothpaste on mirror in bathroom. I wiped up spilled water on the floor and my towel was black.

Private, room for kids to play and spread out
This is the 2nd stay we’ve had in 2 different houses and both had downstairs issues with bath tub not draining

The cottage was excellent and more than enough room for 5 adults and 2 little kids. It had everything we needed. The banisters could’ve been cleaned but I wipe everything down when we stay anywhere. The pool area was great for my 4 and under 2 year old. No need to go anywhere else for water fun. We ate at the Tavern by the pool and it was good for onsite. And reasonably priced. In laws had a pizza one night and said it was good. We will definitely be going back again!
The only thing I wished was different was the living room seating. We had a three bedroom but only a couch and one chair in the living area. I know it’s a tight area for a lot of seating but I’d rather have another seat than a decorative table. That’s just my preference/opinion and being picky.

The 2 bdrm cottage was very spacious, waterpark was great
Cleanliness of cottage.. we found fake fingernails in the bottom of refrigerator in the drawer & all over the back porch, alittle dusty, bed side lamps didn't all work

Super cute
Internet wasn’t functioning and the ice maker wasn’t working.

Water park/pool; house and located so very close to Table Rock lake and Branson is minutes away.
No ice maker upon arrival to house and then it took three different units to get our to work on day 5 of our 7 day stay. Ant invasion from front door into kitchen. Two ant traps placed. I finally took wet paper towel and killed all I could see. Ant traps were full. No internet service last two days of stay. They said it was due to bad storm day before; however neighbors both has internet and tv. Phone in house also had no dial tone. Lastly this is our third year to stay here and floors in litchen, dining room, and living room were filthy. If one went barefooted or sock footed, they were black. Was told house keeping would come and they did not. Also told by staff mops were not provided to renters. If we stay next year I am bringing mop, bucket and floor cleaning product.

Me and my family loved it made us feel like we where at home
Everything was perfect we loved it

It was very clean and spacious. Everything we needed to use for the time we were there was already in the village. It felt like a home away from home. The location was great as well, we were close to stores and the attractions we visited.
Everything was great!

Not much.
The cottage was dirty. The shower doors fell in on my granddaughter, blinds fell to floor when opened. Bathtub stopper came out in my hands. Only one TV worked. I was told Maint would be there to fix and never came. The staff was great but facilities were bad. The kiddy pool was so green you couldn’t us.

Did not eat breakfast
Was told if, we went and sat through a talk about timeshares, they would refund $250 of our stay. They did not.
Dishwasher was broken, no one came out to fix it despite our calls.
Swimming pool was so dirty I could not see the bottom.

Loved the location, everyone was very friendly and it was quite!
It was not very clean. I had a toddler and didn’t even want him on the floors. The fan and bathtub looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a year and needed dusted. There was trash under the beds, and the sheets were stained. Dishwasher was also broken. Also had ants. The sink/garbage disposal had an awful smell. For the price I paid I had higher expectations for it to be cleaner.

Privacy of having our own home to ourselves and thankful our home had easy access to the pool and play area for our grands.
Not enough shade/umbrellas in the pool area. Loved the Adirondack chairs. Didn't care for the plastic lounge chairs.

It was nice having our own house, close to attractions too.
I was told we would have a pool view and a PS3 in our room but we didn’t have either. We stood in a line for 45 minutes to check in so that was frustrating after driving for so long. The houses looked like they needed fixing and it wasn’t as clean as I was hoping.

Friendly staff. Great view. Great facilities.

The view is beautiful
Broken step that we kept tripping on, bathrooms that have dirty jet tubs(it’s not the 80’s) and bad water pressure,no curtains so the sun met you at 6:30 AM, and the kid pool area had several patches of moss growing on the walkways so everyone kept falling.

Super cute village and nice staff!
We had unexpected fees that was $194 that we STILL don’t understand why we had to pay when we already paid for the booking. We were aware of the $250 damage deposit though! And the first cottage we stayed in, the AC and tv cables didn’t work so we had to move to a different cottage(which they worked quickly to move us!) but there was ants everywhere in the second cottage lol we ended up going home a day early because the kids kept freaking out about the ants!

They were cute and decent priced
Living room TV didn't work so we called to have someone come and maintenance did come but he couldnt fix so call cable company and they said between 2 and 4 but we had plans that afternoon and said it was OK to have them come while we were away but nobody ever came and I ended up figuring out how to fix it the laat night we stayed. Also they seem to have issues with air conditioning. Ours was out and had to call and the people behind us had the same problem. They also try to get you to do the time share thing and I was trying to relax with my family.
