We were looking for the perfect place to spend our 15th anniversary and we definitely found it.

This condo is absolutely stunning with the floor to ceiling windows and beautiful beach view! It was immaculately clean and had everything we could possibly need. The parking was easy,we rarely waited for an elevator and there was ample seating and loungers by the pool. The Beach was clean and right on a 2+ mile boardwalk that led you to beach front restaurants and bars. Lots of little critters and things to see once the tide went out too! Biloxi felt very safe and there was so much to do in town and the surrounding areas. There were many restaurants, shops and casinos in the area.
Noelia was so wonderful to work with- she kept in close communication prior to our arrival so we knew exactly what to do when we checked in and how to access the condo.
She made sure we knew she was available for questions or any problems. She was sweet enough to offer us the condo a few extra nights too when there was significant air travel delays.
We seriously loved our stay and will definitely be back. Book! You will not regret it

We had an unforgettable vacation at Noel’s place! The beach view from the balcony and master bedroom was simply stunning. The Sea Breeze condo was impeccably clean and made us feel right at home. We loved the privacy of the beach area. Noel was an incredible host, going above and beyond to ensure our family had everything we needed. Her warm hospitality made our stay extra special. We can't wait to return!

The property and owner were great. Unfortunately, the HOA approved 5 bus loads of junior kids to stay during our stay. They took over both pools and the adults used a bullhorn to corral the kids. Renting to that many adolescents was irresponsible. We should have been notified ahead of time.

We stayed here a week for our anniversary trip. The owner, Noel, was amazing. This condo was so nice and even better than the pictures. The beds were comfortable, the view amazing, the beach was right in front of the condo, and a private parking space was provided. It was very secure and we felt safe.
As a good cook, I was concerned the pans might not be up to my standards, but Noel had everything you could possibly need and very good nonstick pans! The thoughtful touches throughout were so nice. The location is great! It's closer to Biloxi, but Gulfport is just down the street with easy access to everything.
The best restaurant we went to was Half-Shell Oyster House in Gulfport. The prices weren't much more than the beachfront places, and the food was amazing. Noel was quick to offer suggestions for a fishing charter, activities, and places to eat.
We had a little issue with the coffeemaker the first morning (it was just clogged from a previous user), and Noel was willing to do what it took to make sure we had a working coffeemaker. She was awesome.
This was the best place we've stayed at, and we can't wait to go back again!

Beach visit with special cousin and adorable great grandson. We three loved the spaciousness of the condominium where we were able to rest and relax in luxury. Quiet peaceful place to stay with every comfort provided. We never had to travel far for food or other things we needed. We were so very sorry to leave when our stay was up. Amazing views. Amazing beach.

We could not have been more impressed. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The balcony and floor to ceiling windows have exceptional views. The beach and boardwalk are very clean and quiet. There are several restaurants and one casino within walking distance. Our favorites were Shaggy' s and The Reef. The hour-and-a-half drive to New Orleans made a day trip very doable. Would love to return sometime!

The unit was very clean. The furniture was comfortable and enjoyed the loungers on the patio. We were able to watch dolphins daily from the balcony.

Our stay was very relaxing. The owner was just a call away if we needed anything. Very professional and welcoming. The condo was very clean, and nicely decorated. We would definitely stay again.
The beach was clean and quite for this time of year. We loved the board walk right behind the condo for our morning and afternoon walks.

We had the pleasure of staying in Noelia’s dream condo. It was truly a dream! Great communication and quick responses from Noelia. Amazing unit with all the amenities of home. Can’t beat the location on the beach and the boardwalk to restaurants is an added bonus. Definitely worth it!!

We loved our stay in Biloxi! Being right on the beach was amazing. Loved the boardwalk and being able to walk to dinner. The pool was amazing too. I used the fitness center every day. The condo was just as pictured. Loved the floor to ceiling windows and THAT VIEW. A million dollar view for sure. Noel was a gem and her communication was top notch! We absolutely loved the area and will definitely come back to Sea Breeze if we are ever in Biloxi again.

Noel was an amazing property manager! She prepped us of the details of this property and the resort. She also provided many extras inside the unit. We would highly recommend this Verbo rental if you want to stay in the Biloxi area. The view of the Ocean is even better than it’s pictures. You will not be disappointed!

Directly on the beach w/gulf view. Condo has lounge chairs on balcony which we loved. Walking distance to food and casino w/n 1 mile. Nice pools. Owners provided accurate info for accessing condo and parking. Very clean!!!

Noelia and Bobby were, hands down, THE BEST property managers I've ever dealt with through a VRBO property. They genuinely care about their customers and want them to have the best stay. Their condo association is truly blessed to have them involved.
Their Seabreeze condo is perfectly located along the beach and boardwalk, it's close to restaurants and pretty much anything you need is within a 10 minute drive. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the Biloxi area.

Perfect quick getaway from New Orleans! We never got in the car after arriving. We could walk to restaurants nearby. We had wonderful views of the beach and a lovely balcony to have our morning coffee. Owner is very helpful and easy to contact. Highly recommend!!!

Perfection in Biloxi
To say Noel's condo was perfect would be an understatement. It felt like home with her added touches. It was the little things like a beach umbrella, make-up removal wipes, extra soft throws throughout the house, a couple jugs of water already cold in the fridge. The view was undescribal. Her communication was fantastic too. She made sure I received my check in email and provided plenty of recommendations. We ended up eating at Shaggy's and it was really good. If you are unsure of whether to rent this place, just do it. My children also enjoyed the pool.

Lovely condo, well equipped, clean with a fab view! The owner is a gem, responsive and a pleasure to speak with. Close to everything you might want to do from fine dining to casino action to local hotspots and family activities. Our first visit to Biloxi won't be our last...thank to Noelia for everything!

We were extremely pleased with this condo. Perfect for our family of four, including our two teenage daughters. They enjoyed the pool, and we walked on the beach every evening. We cooked every day in the well-stocked kitchen. The washer and dryer were a big plus! The view from both the master bedroom and living room couldn’t be better. Very easy access to and from the parking garage on the ground level. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms clean. Very good restaurants nearby, and we loved learning about the history of the area. I highly recommend this condo and the host, Noel. Great experience!

Beautiful room with a gorgeous view
Noel was one of the most hospitable hostesses I have ever met! Upon arrival she left a frozen pizza and a couple of beers for us to enjoy after our long road trip. Her condo was absolutely beautiful and very clean. It’s everything you could want!

There is lots of quiet space with two separated bedroom/bathroom locations, and it was beautifully decorated and well-appointed. The owners' attention to details, dining and activity recommendations for the area, and timely communications always made us feel like we could easily reach out for help, if any problems were encountered- there were none-we had a perfect vacation!
