This property is very clean and a 2.5 minute walk from your door to the beach water!
The appointment is very clean and the check-in process was easy. The property manager was fantastic. The apartment is incredibly close to the beach, and the pool was refreshing after a day at the beach. The entire property is well maintained. The beds were comfortable. They have several beach chairs, a cooler on wheels and an umbrella for guests to use. I would rent this property again.

Location, location, location! This condo could not be in a more perfect location in the Naples area! We could walk right across the street to the beach and I y two blocks from amazing restaurants and shops. The condo is newly renovated and well kept. The pool is a nice size and Trista was very accommodating and great to work with. We will be back!

Fabulous Vacation!
Trista is an excellent host. She was very communicative and responds promptly to any request or question. She is extremely pleasant and professional. Additionally, she shared a list of local restaurants and activities which we found helpful.
The apartment is clean and well stocked. Beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella and even sunscreen are provided. The kitchen has every cooking utensil and appliance needed for meal preparation.
Fabulous location - 1/2 block from the beach and a block from restaurants and stores.

Great Location
We stayed two nights at this newly renovated apartment. Super short walk to a beautiful beach. Great vibe. Cool furniture and an extremely accommodating host. Trisha is definitely a super host who is willing to go out of her way to make sure you have a great experience. Highly recommend!

With my husband recovering from knee replacement surgery, we were looking for a relaxing get-away with no stairs and short steps to pool or beach. This unit was simply stellar in being suitable to all our needs. Trista is highly communicative and answered all of questions. She has the place well-organized with simple instructions outlined. Despite proximity to all amenities, it's a quiet, safe area and the beach was fairly vacant. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

A beach umbrella is provided with the condo but it only shades 2 people; it would be ideal if 2 umbrellas were provided. The golf cart taxi guy is fantastic! Over all a great vacation option and we will consider rebooking.

They also were comfortable walking to beech snd dinner and to get coffee every morning. I would def be back. The place was updated and clean and staff was very helpful! Nothing bad to report!!!

A Gem In the Heart of Naples!
This gem's location is seriously the best in Naples. The beach is directly across the street with the Naples Pier a block away, Third Street one street behind, Fifth Avenue a five minute walk, and Naples Bay just a few blocks away. We were able to walk everywhere and never had to use the car. The condo is completely renovated and new while fully furnished with everything from kitchen and bath items to necessary beach equipment. This condo is extremely clean and it is evident the owner makes sure the entire comfortable bed is laundered and fresh for each guest. The condo has new doors and windows and the property is quiet with a large newly renovated pool. It really is perfect just as the pictures show and will not disappoint.

Beautifully appointed condo with everything you need for a beach vacation! The kitchen was well stocked and even had a keurig, which is a rare sight. The condo was sparkling clean and we also received a personalized note and follow-up on check in! To say this condo’s location is convenient is an understatement - literally one block to the 13th street beach entrance! The pool was also very enjoyable for my two girls. Wonderful place for a family of 4!

We were in town for a sports camp at Paradise Sports Complex 20 minutes down the road with our two teens. The location of our condo could not be beat. One block to the Pier. One block to shops and restaurants. The pool also is huge. Everything up to date and adorable inside. If we have occasion to return to Naples we will book Mariner 118 again!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It is perfectly located within walking distance to the Naples Beach with the pier and Old Downtown Naples. We stayed here with our 3 children (7, 5 & 3) and loved being able to easily walk back and forth from the condo with the Pool to the beach/ Pier, to restaurants, shops, and ice cream parlors, and explore the charm of the historic district. The condo complex has an old Floridan feel with nice vegetation and well maintained pool area. The condo itself is very clean, new, modern, and well equipped. It is small but perfectly accommodated our Family of 5. we also very mich enjoyed our complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival!
