We had a great stay! Super convenient location! The house was perfect for my bachelorette trip! My only recommendation would be a full length mirror in the bedrooms. Having a group of people made it hard to all get ready at the same time! But great stay!

Came with a group of seven to celebrate a bachelorette and overall really enjoyed our stay. Communication with the property manager was great which made checking in and out a breeze. My only complaint would have to be that the house could definitely use some touch ups and a good deep cleaning. Before our stay I was reminded multiple times that there was no tape, command strips or other items to adhere things to surfaces allowed along with confetti and some other decorative items but upon entering the house we could immediately see some remnants of confetti left from prior guests as well as over the course of the weekend we found old tape and command strips left from previous decorations in multiple spots throughout the house. On top of this the walls in the house were definitely scuffed up and some of the curtains had stains on them. We could tell that this property is well loved by groups coming to celebrate like us and could get past the wear and tear of the house and overall enjoyed the property. For bigger groups looking for a reasonably priced place to stay in Nashville I would definitely recommend this one.

The property was extremely clean and well appointed. The stairs may be too much for older adults or young kids. The lower room was a bit warm at night while the upper unit seemed really cold for those staying in it. Having said that, we would definitely stay again.....it was very quick to the downtown (less than 10 minutes on both Friday and Saturday night).

We had plenty of space for all of our guests to stay. Beautifully decorated and comfortable to sleep, shower, and socialize. I would highly recommend to anyone I know traveling for any occasion. Parking in the garage was easy and the keyless entry was very convenient. We were able to walk to dinner and in a short drive we were downtown.

The spot was perfect to an extent. If you’re looking to decorate stay away because this vrbo doesn’t allow it at all. I didn’t think it was fair to charge a $100 fee to check in early (however that’s a personal opinion). The location was great wasn’t too far from broadway area. I did have to take multiple videos/pictures of the wall because it did have marks everywhere. All the beds were comfortable and was a great layout for 7 people. Would stay again if I wasn’t looking to decorate for any type of celebration!

Wonderful stay in a cozy VRBO. The area felt very safe, and it was a convenient location to Uber to all locations.

Very clean place that was just as described. Plenty of supplies provided for the week. The attached garage is designed for mid size suv's or trucks.

A census of our group decided on two stars. Location was close to many things by car ride. There was something really gross on master bedroom curtains. King bed in master bedroom sheets are horrible the bottom sheet comes off all night with no mattress pad it’s disgusting. I should have reported this to the management company but was busy trying to enjoy my vacation after already notifying him about the curtains and dust rag left in the bathroom. They were working on the building during our stay and started around 7 am along with the loud music daily coming from one of the condos it was very annoying. The TVs in the bedrooms had problems streaming. Not enough bandwidth and were not usable. The part about walking distance to restaurants is true if you like fast food. About five fast food restaurants close by. We never found anything but one great walk up restaurant with no inside tables at all. It is not in a great neighborhood I would not feel safe walking without my husband and you really do need a car or lots of Ubers. Although the bus stop is very close. I would pay more money to stay in a nicer location. This is not a place I’ll go back to. It’s definitely in East Nashville but is not Hip. This place was bachelorette party central over the weekend. Side note: It was decorated very nice. The manager was quick to respond to everything I needed.

Furnishing we’re super cute and did have a great vibe. Unfortunately cleanliness is a issue. Floors were sticky, wrote my name in end table dust, and wore flip flops in the master shower (definitely mildew). Also the units are so close together that you have to keep the curtains closed. We had fun regardless.

This place was amazing for 8 adults... lots of room in the main area... and two ensuites on the upper floor with the third bedroom being downstairs gave a lot of privacy when needed... kitchen had a gas stove and large fridge for all your food and beverages... garage fit a Ford Expedition... Amazing place would use again

The owners were fantastic and so kind and polite. The location is within 10 minutes to Broadway and so many other cute places within walking distance.

Perfect spot for a girls’ trip! The space was a great size, very comfortable, and location was convenient. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. I do have a couple of suggestions that would make future guests even more comfortable: more than one kitchen towel would be great, so you’re not drying your dishes and hands with the same one, and more hangers in the closet. The space could use a good deep clean too,. A magic eraser would work wonders!

Overall the experiance exceptional the host was responsive for what was needed in regards to the rental. Was very easy to contact, and listened to what an immediate need was. Again in regards to the rental. With communication all issues where resolved immediately releaving a stressful situation. Thank you for such an amazing stay would choose them again in the future for any getaway needs! House was very clean no cobweds, linens where clean, floors counters bathrooms all of which appeared to have the attention needed to be a rental property. Kudos to you and your stuff thank you again for everything.

Booked a girls trip weekend for Nashville and saw the property and loved the pictures. Check-in was easy, the garage is great to have because parking more then 2 cars is tough! Walked in and thought the townhouse was really cute. It’s 3 stories - bottom level is garage and a bedroom, 2nd level is bathroom with shower, dining room, kitchen, living room, 3rd floor is master bedroom/bath, another bedroom with bathroom, laundry room in the center. So pros - GREAT location in east Nashville, short Uber to downtown, cute townhouse, next to brewery, shops, great restaurants close by and grocery stores. Beds were comfy, pullout bed in couch. Cons - So as we were walking around when we checked in, we noticed the place was not that clean. It looked like someone wiped the microwave with a greasy sponge. There was a set of false eyelashes on the desk in the bedroom downstairs. There was trash in the upstairs bathroom, and the bathtub had hair in it. Also, the sink drained incredibly slow when we were doing dishes. The master bedroom had a big makeup smear on the curtain, and the floors were dirty. All of them. Kitchen floor - we wiped something off the floor and the paper towel was black. Same thing in the master bathroom. Also, we found “fun” confetti on the carpet in the living room and had a good laugh. The battery in the garage door opener died and I emailed the property management company. They replaced it the day after, the morning we checked out. Overall, it’s a nice property and price. But for what we paid for the cleaning fee, wasn’t too happy it wasn’t clean. It’s like someone swept, wiped stuff off and that was all.

The Condo was in a good and safe location. Check-in was easy and the Condo was beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. There were 6 ladies in our group and we had separate beds and lots of storage space. We were close to downtown Nashville and there were stores and shops close by. I highly recommend this Condo and the rental was hassle free. I will definitely stay there again.

This house is as cute as it’s pictures! Close to everything and plenty of space! The garage is a little hard to get in to if people are parked in the way(which they were for us) but other than that it was everything we could have asked for!

Overall the experience was positive. The house was well decorated and came with a complementary bottle of wine which I thought was a nice touch. The house was well located and a 10-15 minute drive to most of the main attractions. The neighborhood was very quiet and the house was located closely to food, grocery stores and a neighborhood bar. The only complaint I have was the cleanliness. Overall the house was very tidy minus a few things. We found several beads from a broken bracelet on the floor so it obviously was not swept well. The curtains in the master bedroom also appeared to have a makeup stain on them as well. Lastly the master bathroom was not cleaned well as I found other peoples hair in the shower and a travel razor cover. Minus the those few things the overall experience was nice and I would recommend it again as long as they got their house keeping in order.

This location was perfect for my best friends Bachelorette party! It was only 10 minutes driving from downtown so Uber drives were super quick! The place itself was super cute and definitely gave you Nashville vibes! There was plenty of space for all the girls and the check in process was really easy! The host was quick to respond to any questions that I had and gave me great suggestions! Would definitely stay here again!

We met my in laws in Nashville for a few days. This place was close to the highway which made it easy to get around. The place was exactly as pictured, and it felt like a safe area. We would stay here again.

The Property was just as described in the listing and there was ample space for five adults. The beds were extremely comfortable and the showers hottt!!! The floors were not the cleanest so we kept on flip flops or socks. The garage parking is definitely for two compact vehicles but we managed to get one mini van inside. Easy and convenient access to downtown and any local attraction. Would recommend staying here to easily & comfortably enjoy NASH.

Spent a long weekend in Nashville with friends, and stayed at this property. Everything was great, close to downtown (10 minutes). Nice little brewery/coffee shop right next door. Would recommend and stay here again next time we come to Nashville.

Overall the place was great! For us perfectly and it was super cute! The floors were pretty dirty and the toilets, the shower pressure kinda sucks but other than that we enjoyed our stay and loved being close to downtown!

Bachelorette party. Close location to downtown. Queen bunks gave us all room. Home was comfortable and the decor was great but if stairs are an issue for your group….there is a flight before you get to a bathroom. Overall great stay. Response times from property managers was super quick.
