This is a great place to stay. It is conveniently located and easy to find. We were there for a ladies mountain biking trip. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen was fully stocked which was nice. The BBQ needs to be cleaned because it caught on fire when we were cooking our steaks. I would recommend this. There was 9 of us and it was comfortable Cons - They didn't leave enough toilet paper or paper towels for us and no dishwashing soap. The BBQ needs to be cleaned out. Other than that it was perfect.

Townhome was very nice and centrally located to shops, dinning, Arches and Canyonland National Parks. We had a family of 10 and we all enjoyed the amenities (pool, gas grill, well stocked kitchenware).

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean, very spacious, and had plenty of sleeping arrangements for our party of 12. We enjoyed having extra amenities such as cooking spices, baggies for food, and shampoo and conditioner in all bathrooms. The location is very easy to find and close to Arches, grocery stores, and restaurants. Overall, I would choose to stay here again anytime!

Great property. We had a big group so was looking for a place with a lot of sleeping areas and this was the best that I could find. Large garage, nice little deck with a grill, good kitchen, and great communication from owner. Excellent location as well!

We were a group of 11 (6 adult, 5 kids) & the home was ideal. The home was just as listed in terms of the space and amenities. Lots of maps and information on the area. Kitchen was spacious and well-stocked for making family meals. Very kid-friendly with toys, games, and movies. Owner was helpful and super easy to coordinate with. We stayed only 3 nights and regret not being able to stay for longer. Good location — easy drive to Arches and walkable to downtown Moab. Just really lovely and exactly what we were looking for!

Location was perfect for our quick trip to Moab. Communication with Curt was great and check in process went easy with good directions to the place and info about our stay. Plenty of room for the 8 of us (4 adults / 4 kids) with room to spare. The house has all the amenities we could ask for. Good room for vehicles in the garage and driveway. Only word of warning is that the neighborhood has tighter streets. We trailered our Jeep and there isn't a lot of room to maneuver in the complex. Give this 5 stars and we will definitely look it up again next time we visit Moab.

I have left many vrbo reviews and all have been 5-star, until this one. The place is great and in a good location. Unfortunately, that's all the positives I have to share. The house had not been cleaned when we arrived. Unfortunately, it was in fact quite a mess and linens all were soiled. I quickly called Curt (owner). He gave me some excuses and how this had never happened before. I waited on the phone for a solution. Finally he said that we could pull out the extra set of linens, make the beds, and clean the place ourselves. I did not accept this offer. He then said he'd try to contact the cleaners. Fortunately for the sake of our vacation, Jennifer, the cleaner was responsive and had the place cleaned in a couple of hours. We checked-in and had a great time. Things happen, right? After the trip, I sent Curt a message, stating that I'd like a partial refund equal to the cleaning fee since it wasn't done in time and it caused a disruption to our trip and undue stress. I was of course not asking that the cleaner pay me back, but rather that the property owner make it right by me. This would have been about 10% of our total with Curt. At this point, Curt became upset via our messaging and attempted to gaslight me with untrue claims about our stay. To sum up, we had a great stay. We left the place better than we found it. Curt did not own up to the his shortfall in our agreement and when confronted did not act professionally. I would not hesitate to stay at another unit in this complex but I would avoid this one.

The property was surprisingly spacious, plenty of room for 8 adults. The property was clean and well maintained. If my typical place to stay closer to Love Muffin Cafe is not available, I would like to get this property again.

Property was great, location and clean!! Thankful for the paper products, always nice that we don't have to bring that also! We came to RZR so had a trailer with us. Plenty of parking. Kitchen had ALL the things! Good Showers, always a plus...after a good day in the desert!! Will go back again for sure!!

Great space! Lots of room for our group of 8 with plenty of beds, bathrooms, and places to stretch out and relax and have fun. Very clean, very nice and we won’t hesitate to stay there again.

Clean, convenient location, nice pool. Kids commented multiple times this was their favorite place to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for the 7 of us. Great location for easy access to the national parks. The kids loved the family friendly atmosphere of the house!

Easily a 5 star house. After spending time in 10+ VRBO houses/condos from Florida to Utah, this one is the nicest/most beautiful we’ve stayed in. The use of bikes and access to a pool was fantastic. Loved that we were so close to the Arches entrance.

We enjoyed staying at Entrada and the activities around Moab. The unit was clean, well stocked, and close to everything. The pool is basic but our kids loved cooking off after hot outings in Arches or UTV rides. The pool was not crowded and many times we were the only ones in the pool.

Had the best time. This is located perfectly in the middle of town. It was comfortable and roomy. It did have a few garbage items found under the bed, no biggie, it didn’t impact our stay. The beds in the twin room were so soft. One suggestion - bring soap. Shampoo and conditioner and other items were available though. If you have a trailer, be prepared to park on the street or across the empty lot.

The place was better in person than in the pictures! Lots of room, spacious kitchen so we were able to have many cooks in the kitchen. It worked great for our group!

This was a perfect property for my family's Moab adventures. It's close to everything we needed; both stores and restaurants. After a long day of hiking, it was great to come back to a comfortable, relaxing space that provided the entire family a place to rest and re-energize for the next day of hiking! The property was exactly as advertised, had plenty of space and was very clean. We will certainly rent this home again when in Moab!! Thank you for sharing with us!!
