fourth bedroom with single was not a bedroom, noisy study nook with no privacy. property not at all suitable for anyone with mobility issues as stairs unsafe and driveway dangerous dead cockroaches inside wardrobe, stained sofa seats, bath towels smelt of woodsmoke and garden debri covered deck and second shower room floor in laundry very tired linen and general furnishings saucepans in lounge room and stairs to garage arranged to catch drips from leaking ceiling??? you are charged a $200 + cleaning fee yet it did not feel all that clean

The view was fabulous and facilities good. Everything in the home was in good working order and easy to operate.

My main prolem which was a hugh one was the steep driveway we could not get our car up it, which meant we had to carry our luggage up the rock stairway. There was no handrail to help you get from the bottom to the top. I am 63 and I found it impossible to use the rock staiway unless I held my husbands hand and I was quite nervous going up and down. If I had known the steepness of the driveway and stairway I definitely would NOT have stayed there. The photos of the house never gave me any idea of what I was in for,
