We are constant booker here and since the last time we visited, the place improved a lot. Rooms are so much nicer and renovated I guess. WIFI is a lot faster than before and mas malinis na talaga kahit sang part ng hotel

Ang ganda ng location talaga. Kahit naka taxi/ grab/ jeep lahat convenient. Surprisingly, kahit nasa center sya around 900 lang ang per night kaya really there's nothing to complaint about

No regret that we chose here. Super convenient location in Malate. PUVs are easily accessible. There are a lot of resto as well. Convenience stores are everywhere.

booked Nov 12, 2022. today is Dec 19, 2022 i was charged twice. my mode of payment was pay at the hotel, but they still charged my card. i told the front desk that i was already charged but she still asked for cash because my payment was “not yet reflected” on her computer. i showed her the receipt(email) of the prepayment (thats the only email they sent me) and i showed her my bank statement that it was already deducted. she assured me that i will get my refund because she said that the same thing happened to their previous customer. additional charge. they will ask you for an additional 10% of your total which they call “hotel fees”. note that this was not mentioned in Booking. no updates. i am the one messaging/ asking them for refund, not the other way around. until now, no replies from both Remedios Apartment and from OYO themselves. it’s so disappointing. smelly blankets and pillows/ pillowcases. i’m not sure if they didn’t wash it or they weren’t dried well. dont expect elevators. they dont have any.

Jogging to 4th floor without guide rails. Hot shower. 6-7 x cornering till reach the room, its real puzzle place, 20 more mirrors and this will be perfect attraction :} Clean rooms. Missing investment. Wall shakercon. 3 quiet sides. Don't know real big rooms size.

Order double bad room for 1K, after come have to pay 160 extra and get single mattress 6ft tall with grills in both side of bed , were i am 6.6 Ft . How is the staff, so is the hotel. 4 Hour/e rooms most possible used by short knowing couples. This standard belongs to another side of Thafft avenue- with bars and beggar syndicate side. Just in corner are Maine city residence, cheaper or same, 5x better.

Isa talaga sa babalik balikan dito is yung mabilis na WIFI connection. so super adviseable sya sa mga guests na working while travelling or mga students na need gumawa ng homework or mag attend ng online class. Moreso, may hot water sila and nag aassist sila if you want ng food delivery sa room. They'll assist you.

One of the positive side of staying here is the location. It is near the medical laboratories and also very budget friendly. Made multiple bookings here several times and the rate has not changed. It remains really really attainable and fair

the manager charged extra on top of the agreed booking.com rate on check in. this has been mentioned on other reviews. after questioning this there was no reply or response. also a bathroom window was open and broken and again after requesting it be fixed my request was ignored. choose elsewhere ...

From check in to check out,everything was so seamless. walang ka hassle hassle. very pleasant pa ng mga staff nila from receptionist to their housekeepers. napagbigyan din yung request ko na dun sana kami sa room na mabilis ang WIFI kasi I have an online meeting at night and yes they ensured that it'll happen. thanks!

I can really say that they spend money in their WIFI because it was so fast and during my entire stay, it has never been spotty. Really glad that I chose this hotel in Manila because it is really affordable. for less than 1k, you'll get really good value for the money

Near the medical laboratories and budget friendly

the blanket was so stinky I don’t know if the hotel did not change from the last customer used that room or the blanket was really “kulob”. the hotel is under renovation so you will expect some noise but in my case tolerable naman sakin.

There are small cockroaches everywhere even on the bed.

I like that the staffs are approachable and friendly.

The room is good but there are a few coakroaches in the room. Nevertheless I am satisfied. Thank you very much.

This place OYO Remedios has improved alot from the time that we have visited last year. The rooms were renovated and there are new faces as well. So much better. I so love the place. it feels so new, clean and comfy. tuloy tuloy ang improvement nila dito kaya surely dito kami ulit babalik soon. thanks sa lahat ng staff na nag assist sa amin dito sa OYO
