Clean and modern

Shower water pressure very low In restroom no ventilation for odor. Was really horrible

Convenient location; new, clean rooms and property in general. Many food options in immediate area.

Bathroom set up is odd with no doors “separating” entire bathroom from bed area; only toilet is set off with a door

I requested to have housekeeping tidy our room while we were out and that request wasn’t fulfilled.

I had breakfast off the premises because the location was in a perfect spot. I visit a lot of the hotels in different states but my fiancé and I rated your facility, the best so far.

I have nothing negative to say about the facility at all and for me that is very surprising.

The shower !! I stayed in the shower all day and night because it was so soothing. The rooms were spacious and comfortable

The breakfast is overly priced for an underwhelming meal.

Location

Room was dark, lipstick on mirrors, mattress was collapsing on the edges, felt like we were sliding off opposite sides.

New and comfy hotel. Rooftop restaurant has fine cocktails and relaxing dinner.

Bed doesn’t have a top sheet! The duvet was too hot to sleep under.

Facilities, proximity to restaurants and parking

Clean place and nice area great price for what I received.

Parking was a little confusing if you don’t pay for valet but not hotels fault.

Felt safe, free parking on site, near walgreens, supermarkets and shopping

Housekeeping only goes through the rooms every 4 days

The culture of the place was very inviting.

The restroom setup was not well planned out. The vent in the toilet area did not activate once the light was cut on and the sliding door did not close all the way.

I love the aesthetic of the Hotel and the location for shopping and entertainment.

The parking situation is super inconvenient.

The staff were great!!!! The energy from the moment we pulled up was awesome! I highly respected seeing the vallet open the door for my wife every time we pulled up and always offered to help with luggage. Vallet was quick and always made sure the car was secure and locked if they had to walk away from our vehicle. The front desk staff was awesome and full of energy! The room was elegant, spacious & super clean!!! This is a 100% a hotel I will come back to for sure!

Front desk staff was extremely nice. Room was beautiful and the tub was amazing. Enjoyed every bit of my stay

No microwavea inside the rooms are the convenience of having one to heat up food we order from the 2 restaurants on the property that we may have ordered from but didn't finish and wanting to finish it later when it's after hours
