13 people stayed at this home during the August 2024 Sturgis Rally Bike Week. The home was fully furnished with glasses, plates, cookware, pantry staple items, pots, pans, bakeware, silverware, cooking utensils, etc. Plenty of towels. The large glass front refrigerator in the garage with the deluxe ice making machine was wonderful. Unfortunately, the picture shows this house to have a 3 car garage; but only 2 of the doors were useable. This made it difficult to park 11 motorcycles The decor was very "high end" with loads of beautiful "touches." 2 sets of washers & dryers worked out great. This house worked out well & definitely met our needs.

This home was designed so well in ways that allowed 3 families to have their own space with complete privacy. ( there were several beds and rooms we didn’t even need to use) The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We loved having the outdoor areas with plenty of seating, fire pit and hot tub. Extremely spacious cabin/home. Can easily accommodate 20+, but only three of us and still felt intimate. Quiet back deck with only views of the woods, no neighbors. Easy to find. All amenities were there, we only had to bring food/beverage. Excellent garage storage for vehicles, plus large fridge + ice maker to accommodate larger crowds.

The cabin was very spacious for my family. Variety of rooms to fit the needs of each family. Tons of supplies on hand. Big heated garage for the kids to play in. Loved the open floor plan for our big family. Never had to wait for an open bathroom with having so many. The kids had fun sledding down the hill behind the cabin. The cabin was a bit pricey, but everyone had a great time.

What a beautiful place to spend a weekend with the best girl friends! The driveway was perfect size for the vehicles. The center island was the perfect size for gathering around and chatting until the wee hours of the morning :) Everyone raved about how comfortable the beds were. The hot tub was a huge hit as well! The house was very clean and everything was easy to find. The contact person was quick to respond to any questions we had via email. All of the girls talked about how we should come back here every so often - it was so fun! During our stay we walked downtown Deadwood, hiked around the lodge and had supper in Spearfish one night! Highly recommend!

This property is very nice. It’s well stocked, well furnished and comfortable for a large group. We had issues with hot water and water pressure. They did send someone to attempt to fix it. Unfortunately, it was a hot water heater issue that couldn’t be fixed during our stay. I’m waiting to hear if we’ll be compensated for not being able to shower. If we are, we’ll be satisfied with our stay. If we’re not, I’ll be very unhappy. That’s a lot of money to spend to not be able to shower.

Property was very accommodating for large groups of people. We had 12 people staying so the 6 bedrooms and six bathrooms was awesome. Having a variety of bedroom arrangements was great as well and would work well with having more people along. Large open common areas was nice with big groups. We will be back again!

We just returned for a three night stay at Base Camp Lodge in the beautiful development at Powder House Pass. The stay was wonderful and there was plenty of room for the 8 adults and 8 kids. Having six bedrooms with six bathrooms was great. Loved the bedrooms with the king beds and set of bunk beds for the families with little ones. The house was in great shape and clean. Budi and her staff at Black Hills Adventure Lodging were fantastic to work with as well. The extra refrigerator and the corn hole boards were a nice touch too. Our weather was amazing so we were able to spend a lot of time outdoors. Would definitely rent this home again.

All I can say was this place was awesome. Very clean, modern, and plenty of room for everyone. We were there for the UTV trails and they did not disappoint. Access to the trails from the house was super easy. Plenty of maps available right at the house, and the ones in the garage were even highlighted with some sites to see, and suggested routs. Was hoping to get up and use the pool at the clubhouse after riding, but we were having too much fun at the house, so never got a chance to check that out. The only complaint we had was with the ice make in the garage. It was very hit and miss if it was going to work or not. If you are planning on "plenty of ice" you will be disappointed. Otherwise the house was great, and we would not hesitate to go back. In fact were are already talking about it.

Excellent. The location was ideal for trail riding and biking plus there was ae festival in Deadwood that add to the experiences.The house was in very good condition with plenty of cookware for our large group.The community pool was well maintained an d meet our expectation for fun.The cleaning of the house was better then what we expected. It definitely felt like cleaning was completed with attention to detail.We had on issue with the hot tub and was quickly corrected... no complaints.The layout of the house was conducive to individual families being able to stay together with the little ones yet plenty of play area for all age groups.The kids enjoyed the wildlife and the s'mores .

Well equipped house and garage!
This property was great for our all adult group from 6 states. We loved the layout and all the bathrooms. The hot water didn't last very long-2-5 mins. at a time so taking showers was a challenge. It was pretty chilly downstairs which was great for sleeping! Very close to a trail for SUVs. Loved the decor and natural wood furniture. We will come back for another meeting!

This house and host were amazing! More than what we expected! Budi is a great host and helped us be comfortable through a snowstorm during our stay. This house has everything you could ever need and more! There are multiple areas for you to gather but also plenty of space to give everyone privacy during your stay. Beautiful House and Nice Location
The house is even better than what you see on line, the kitchen is amazing and has everything you need for big family meals. 17 in our group, 3 generations ranging from 1 year to over 60 and everyone enjoyed their time. Well thought out bedroom plan with plenty of comfortable beds with extra blankets and pillows provided. Loved that each room had their own bathroom. Make a reservation, you won't be sorry.
