Security staff from 2 shifts was very professional and courteous.

Dirty floors, counters and linen had to be changed in one of the 3 bedrooms leaving us without the 3rd bedroom. Remote controls missing from master and 3rd room not able to utilize. Management had to be called multiple times to address issues. Hot water was not enough for 4 guests to shower. Jet tub slow to fill with water did not have enough hot water to make it enjoyable. Manager responded and spent enough time attempting to correct discrepancies that he should have just been a guest in our party. He did explain that they are just stating to pick up clients after the Fall/winter season and that may be the reason for the dirty environment.

This property exceeded our expectations. The condo was in a safe neighborhood with an underground garage to park our car and 24 hr. security. The property manager that met us at the property with the keys was kind, helpful and prompt. The condo was spacious with an incredible view of the ocean. It has a great balcony with comfortable chairs. The condo is on the north end of Rosarito beach so it is quiet and less traveled than the South end. All rooms were clean and well maintained. In the family room the couch in the family room was comfortable and TV was a large flat screen. All the bedrooms had comfortable beds with soft sheets. I thought it was a very good value for a three bedroom, two bath condo right on the sand.

We have no complaints with this condo.

It was so clean and so welcoming by Mr. Juan, the staff was able to help and so dedicated to impress all the guests upon arrival, I loved the fact that parking was able to us, and not forget that cable was able at the property, My family and I were so happy and did not regret this reservation!

nothing ever was great!

We had to wait for the host to arrive. It was not clear how or where to park. Parking was difficult to enter and exit with a medium sized SUV and required help outside of my vehicle to park properly.

Communication with the host was spotty at best. After we settled, we noticed that the thermostat (for heat and AC) was completely removed and me and my family were cold the entire stay. There was no response from the host until 16-18 hours later who offered a single space heater for the entire space (3 br?!). Also, not all described amenities were there, so pack what you need. There were no extra blankets or a hair dryer. During the second night, a large party raged above us until well into the next morning. One guest in particular kept most of us awake with party screams that could be heard both in the all and from the balcony until 4 am.

I love the condo, it was just not clean. I was not able to use the hot tub because it was dirty.

The bath tub and dishes were dirty. I was not able to use the bath tub we we’re not able to use the air hockey table either one of the handles was missing.
