It was great being able to walk to downtown. Beautiful area. Well stocked cottage but do note that the bed is only a double size.

Went to Bentonville for a weekend of mountain biking. This place has great location for trail access, is clean, comfortable, and cute, and the hosts are really friendly and accommodating! Five stars, strongly recommended!

I loved my stay here! It was easy to ride my bike everywhere in town. Hosts were excellent and beyond accommodating. The snacks were a very nice touch after long days of mountain bike riding 😊 would absolutely stay here again!

The cottage is quite comfortable and all one requires for good night's sleep with coffee available to get one started in the AM. Within walking distance to the sights, sounds, and dining around the Bentonville square. If one is used to sleeping on queen or king bed, please know the cottage bed is a double. My wife and were were overall quite satisfied and would not be reluctant to use again. We did point out two amenities were missing - wash clothes (my wife's wish) and clothes rack (bathroom clothes hooks had to suffice).

This charming little cottage not far from the square and the Crystal Bridges trails couldn’t have been more delightful. All our needs were met in very comfortable style and with Grace. Josh and Melanie were responsive hosts. A big THANK YOU to them for special anniversary treats upon our arrival!

Cute place in a great location! Comfortable bed and nice amenities. Only negative was the gate to enter backyard needs to be adjusted and walking stones need to be closer. Super helpful owners with great communication.

Great location and place to stay. I have a larger truck so was hard for me to park appropriately with a bike rack. Tried my best to stay on the parking pad and out of the residents driveway.

Josh did a great job communicating. His cottage is a cozy little place in the backyard of his home. It was clean and comfortable. We loved being able to walk to downtown Bentonville. The water heater is small, so take that into account for consecutive showers. Thank you for a great weekend getaway!

Very provate
We really enjoyed our 3 night stay. Josh generously let us use his backyard & firepit to enjoy the autumn evenings outside. We had total privacy and felt like we had the place to ourselves. Josh was very responsive to any inquires & wanted to ensure we had a great time. The only thing that would improved our stay would have been bike hooks inside the suite to store our bikes out of the way. Great location & great place to stay!!!!
