So close to the slopes, and the views out the back of the house are gorgeous. All of the bathrooms are updated. There are a few things that should be expressed before renting this property. The kitchen floor tile has been lifted so it crunches with every step, the driveway in snow weather requires a 4X4 to safely drive, the wall paint and doors are heavily mucked up so the photos were definitely taken a few years ago. We had the best time and got past this but I think people need to know these things before renting.

We had a great few days in Vail and the house was a good fit for 7 people (4 adults and 3 kids), and appreciate that they took our dog. Brian, the property manager, was very responsive. The house has some quirks - odd layout in the kids' bedroom with two small beds in an attic-like space (better for smaller kids), and parts of the house have been upgraded, but other things were in disrepair (for example, cracked tiles in the kitchen, cabinet doors falling off hinges). Would be better with some relatively easy repairs and slight upgrades for the cost of this property.

Reviewer Comments: Overall nice place but small issues everywhere-portal for rental was filled with thing not to do which does not start of well for a vacation-main entertainment hard to use. directions incomplete (cable box not near TV. you have to point at the TV to turn on and point it behind to the left to change channels. It took an hour to figure that out -found dead mouse in a trap-only had 4 drinking glasses. the rest were wine glasses. Had to use solo cups-owners suite had broken toilet seat and no toilet brush (you'll see why it is so important)-there is mold at the top of the sauna-not enough toilet paper and what was there was commercial quality. we purchased our own-driveway is very steep (need a 4 wheel vehicle to get in with out a running start)-driveway was only plowed 1 time. My children had to push our vehicle out of the driveway 2 times. I had to purchase my own salt and rock -received an email to basically clean the house, listed below Please take all the trash out to the dumpster/trash canLeave used beds unmade.Please start a load of towels in the washer and start it prior to departure.Load and run the dishwasher, and ensure no dirty dishes are left behind.Remove and discard any opened food items from the refrigerator.Turn off lights, ceiling fans, TVs, gas fireplaces, etc.In winter, turn heat to 60o F.Lock the doors, close the windows, leave the keys inside the lockbox (if applicable), close the garage (if applicable), and lock the electronic lock (if applicable).-the thermoset was very hard to use. It kept changing back to 69 no matter what we did-although not required, it had humidifiers that were either broken or covered with calcium deposits-garage to house door did not stay closed unless you used the deadbolt which required a code. Not good with children

We had a wonderful stay in Vail. The house is beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and the steam shower! We’d love to visit again. Highly recommend.

Many nice features, heated floors in bathrooms, full wall tile and new modern showers! Well stocked kitchen. Enjoyed the hot tub. An easy gas fireplace would have been a huge plus. Didn't want to attempt to build a fire.Furniture is worn, directions on how to use electronics etc. was horrible. It basically says in the directions, use remotes. The bath towels need to be replaced. Also needs to have more dishtowels, only two. Had issues with internet, and getting sound to work on tv. Response for this problem was quick. Had a guy over to help with thermostat which were not working etc.

We had a great time while staying. The home had a few issues: cracked tiles in the kitchen, broken sliding door across from the kitchen that probably need to be repaired. Overall the home was in a good location and the backyard is a great place to relax. However, after we left communication with the property manager was poor. I may have left an item at the home and tried to reach out but never heard back.

Loved this house! Everything was on point and top notch. Sound system throughout the house was a highlight. House is connected to another unit but still felt very private. Nothing to complain about at all.

Marty Slott was fabulous helping me with anything house related, I thank him so much. The house could use some general updates like carpeting, window shades that work, etc. but overall a great experience.

Reviewer Comments: overall great stay and property. family had a great time and nice location. couple observations:-main tv inoperatable. there is no remote to control just a universal remote which i could not figure out-griddle on gas cooktop didnt work, just smelled gas, no ignition-suprised there is no hot pads nor measuring cups-master bedroom is really strange that there is no privacy for the commode. completely open in the room -many, many remotes, almost overkill-main stereo not functinoal, no idea how to operate all the speakers inside and outside-hot tub worked well

Many wonderful family photo opportunities. All bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Plenty of room for our family of 6. We were in Vail for a wedding, however, loved coming back to the home to enjoy family time. Highly recommend this property!! Many amazing family memories now in the books!

My wife and I booked this house for us and our 2 sons' families. The pictures are representative of the property. There is plenty of room to be together and to be apart - babies need to sleep. Location was great for skiing and restaurants. We would rent this again.

We arrived at 4 p.m checkin. The cleaning crew was still there, trying to finish up. Repair men were on the property trying to repair the thermostat that wasn’t working. Our first night there we could not sleep in the bed due to dirty sheets. Several hairs and smeared makeup were on the sheets. I giant hair ball was in the shower. The thermostat still didn’t work. The hot tub didn’t work. The tile floor in the kitchen had not been mopped. Food was caked into the grout. The door entering through the garage cut several of us, due to a piece of sheet metal sticking out. We ended up leaving a day early. We have tried to address these issues with the property management, but he has been unresponsive. If you are looking at this property, I would strongly encourage booking a different property.
