The 23DBH is a family bunkhouse featuring a huge double bunk with ladder for kids. The double entry doors allow easy access to the bathroom and kitchen from the exterior. The modern chef’s kitchen, oversized pantry, and extra-large U-shaped dinette with full length drawers give you more than enough storage. The private master suite provides a queen size bed with ample overhead and side cabinetry. The exterior provides under awning entertainment area with TV bracket, and outside speakers. Everything you need is already included! Pots, pans, basic kitchen needs, TV, kitchen towels and bed linens all available for you to use. (blankets and pillows not provided) Included in the rental are basic linens for the queen and double bunkbed. You will need an extra sheet, blanket and pillows if you decide to utilize the bed that folds down from the dinette. (blankets and pillows will also be needed for the master and bunks) Kitchen items: pots, pans, plates, cups, bowls, knifes, cutting board and silverware. There is a full fridge/freezer, microwave, oven/range. 32-inch TV Heat and AC along with an electric fireplace. Propane tanks will be filled. 30-amp power supply cord provided, along with a 50 and 15 amp adapter if required. Fresh water hose with regulator and water filter along with sewer hose and required adapters included. A black water flush out hose is also provided for your convenience. NO SMOKING IN THE TRAILER PLEASE! Exterior Height 10 ft. 6 in. Full Length Exterior 29 ft. 3 in. Large Pickup Truck/ Large SUV, electric brake controller to take a 7-pin round input and ability to tow 6000+ lbs. required on ALL tow vehicles of renters. Full Sized Pickup Truck can pull with ease. The trailer uses a 2 & 5/16” ball. We will provide an anti-sway bar hitch for a 2-inch receiver hitch opening. I will give you a full walk-through top to bottom of how to use the camper. I will be flexible on pick up and drop off times as reasonable. The black and grey tanks will NEED to be dumped and flushed before returning the trailer or a fee of $150 will be charged, no exceptions. Minimal propane is usually used during the Summer months so we have changed our propane policy. If propane is used and you are able to refill the tank please do so. (No exchanges, refill only. If exchanged there will be a $100 charge). If you are unable to fill the tank, we will weigh it upon your return and charge accordingly, no upcharge. This increase will help to offset the rising price in fuel while keeping our delivery service affordable for our customers.
