The room was super spacious and pretty clean! A lot of parking and free! The receptionist Elvia I can't remember her name but she was very lovely and friendly upon check in.

The facility was and felt dirty. Went to the pool to check it out and it the water looked very dirty, and it smelled dirty. Had to request more towels we are a family of 5 and only 2 bath towels were provided. It was very lousy! To the point that my kids had a hard time falling asleep. The hotel is across from a music venue and we heard the very loud music in our room until 3 am!! Also all the door slamming happening on our floor kept waking up the kids. Breakfast was included in our stay, a milk we grabbed was spoiled and ruined our breakfast. Upon checking out I had to wait around for 5 mins because no one was at the reception desk, once the lady came out from I suppose is their back room she was very blah, can tell she wasn't in the mood.

The room was clean and spacious and well stocked. The ladies that made the breakfast were so nice and thoughtful. Lupita checked us in and Kenya checked us out, amazing staff this hotel has. We will be staying here next year!

the reservation process, you guys charged us twice and dont want to do anything to fix it or make it right.. the problem is between the hotel and booking.com but the customer pays the price for it.. for that i will never use booking.com again.

The location is perfect and not far from PIR graduation. Walmart is directly across the street and alot of eating places in same square. The hotel staff is friendly and hotel breakfast is good. The pool is a little cold but other than that I have no complaints. We will definitely book again next time we are at great lakes!

The stay was awesome. Mrs Lisa was awesome with trying to help me sort out my situation with my payment methods.

My card was charged 4 times for different amounts. The night auditor Nathan was rude and acted as if he didn’t care. I requested corporate office number and he told me they didn’t have one. Definitely needs to work on his customer service skills.

The staff was awesome. The breakfast was good and the rooms are spacious. The location is great. Nice common area by check-in.

Room service only comes every other day, which is ok but I didn’t know that when I checked in. The hotel ran out of extra towels. The shower is nice but the door leaked and kinda flooded the floor which I had to use my spare towels to wipe it up. The streaming tv is a cool idea but the bandwidth could not keep up with it and kept freezing so I could not stream any movies. The bed was lumpy.

The bed was very uncomfortable. However they were accommodating and turned it around for us.

The beds was big and very comfy. Big room, quiet and safe. Parking outside. Easy access to Wallmart and LA fitness, just few meters away. Loved it! OKay breakfast. Good to be an american brekfast... I like NOrwegian breafast better , but this was good :)

Breakfast can do better… same thing every single day! And my stay was long… so was kind of boring.

We had the king-size suite. Very spacious and clean. The breakfast in the morning was very delicious.

Their pillows were very flat, and i had to use 3 to get the right height. The bathroom and shower room didn't have locks on the doors.

It was a nice hotel and a pleasant room. The location was very good. The staff was very friendly.

The breakfast hours were not long enough.

Even though they don't clean rooms everyday, housekeeping was available for all our needs

Thought the price was high for the value. There wasn't really anything else I didn't like.

the shower seat was completely broken and looked as if it had been broken for a while. Breakfast was not restocked, even though there was an hour left of breakfast service.
