We had room deluxe with private pool. Food was fabolous. Staff were very polite and likely. I
Beach is for windsurfer extra, but not for ussual vacation trip. The town is about 6 km away so you have to use taxi or rent a car.

in a wonderful atmosphere, with kind and professional staff, the best place to recharge your batteries. Not crowded at the pool, there were always free deckchairs. The reception was very helpful. They helped with booking boat trips and car rental. The rooms were spacious and clean. We had an extremely good time.
no such thing

It was very pretty, good location and food was nice.
The fact that it's 5 star and the bath looked like it had burn holes in and we had a massive ants nest in the room, all my clothes and bags were full of ants and the hotel just said 'sorry we can put some ant spray down' I don't feel that's good enough for a 5 star hotel .....

In general, we really liked the hotel:
* Nice buffet: fresh fruits and vegetables and many options
* Hotel is very relaxing: pools and beach are next to you
* Staff is incredibly friendly
* It was very clean
* There is a mini market available next to reception which includes sandwiches, water, etc
* Windsurfing school next to the hotel
Note: We didn't find any information about the buses. You can take a bus from the airport to the Kos center. (You can find the timetable if you search for Ktel Kos) It takes about half an hour to Kos. Then, you need to take a public bus (number 1 or 5) from a bus stop near the castle. It is not the bus station you will arrive at from the airport. Public transport is very convenient and cheap.
Nothing was extremely bad apart from the wifi but you will enjoy the digital detox :)
* Wifi is basically not existent, it even barely works for messages
* Buffet is mostly meat-based
* Everything is available between 10 am and 6 pm (spa, gym, bar, pool), if you have a day trip to somewhere, you can't use anything when you come back

the beach but I already knew it was a shingles beach

The dining experience was good. The staff were the best in the catering section. Very smiley and friendly. There were a lot of options for food on the buffet, not a lot of the fruit was fresh, but there was fresh melon everyday.
The staff in other areas could have been friendlier. The spa staff were lovely and very accommodating
No nighttime entertainment. From walking to the ocean from the main building, it wasn’t as aesthetically pleasing around the start of the beach- odd parts of pathway etc. the pool bar wasn’t very lively or friendly. The staff seemed annoyed to serve you

Pool and Beach were great. Hotel was clean. The best part of the hotel was our visit to the Spa, the staff and treatment were great. I would definately recommend a visit.
There were flys on the food sometimes in the restaurant. There was no atmosphere at the hotel. Music was only played inside the bar of a night, there was no entertainment at the hotel. If you was sitting outside the bar the only thing you could hear was people talking. It would have been nice if there was greek music playing in the background. Considering the hotel is 5 star the hotel did not have a iron you could use.

Quiet, ample of space, by the sea, ( but the beach is not great).
Food needs a lot of improvement. In breakfast they serve automated instant coffee, which for me is a definite “ no-no” ( and for people that appreciate good coffee).

Next to the best windsurfing spot of the area, litterally.
Nice rooms with great AC.
Very quiet.
Wifi barely works in room
The food could be improved - and pool bar food was pretty bad
Front desk not so helpful
