Close to town and beach

The stairs , the bathroom light didn’t work. Bathroom sink plug not working.

Great location in the centre of Aldeburgh ….very clean comfortable …

I think they need a stair rail, painted stairs and I think this could be dangerous for children elderly snd anyone with a disability …the address could be clearly shown at the top of the stairs behind the property where we had to park… a sign to the address “entrance to high street and West Lane”?

Clean, welcoming and perfect for our weekend in Aldeburgh. We loved everything about our stay. We parked on Terraced Way with no problem and the location was great for spending time on the beach and in the town with our little dog. A night time walk along the beach to Thorpeness was fun with torches and we ate at The Dolphin which was exceptional. We’ll be back for sure.

Great location in the heart of Aldeburgh, clean, comfortable and well equipped with plenty of beds.

Took a while to warm up, especially the bathroom but think it was a particularly cold weekend. Door handles really hard to turn to open doors inside house.

Unfortunately the only sofa is extremely uncomfortable and the beds are on a slight slope due to the upstairs floorboards so I didn’t sleep well.

Exceptional location in central Aldeburgh (just be aware it's approached by steps). Nice and clean with simple, modern decor. Good sized rooms for a small cottage, very nice shower room, pleasant little yard to sit out in. Good sized comfortable beds with good linen and loads of towels provided.

The seating in the living room was a bit uncomfortable and the TV on the small side. The kitchen was missing a microwave (unless it was tucked away somewhere and I didn't spot it) but otherwise had everything you'd need. The floors upstairs all had a marked slope which made getting to sleep a bit tricky at first.

We checked out after 1 night as the stairs in the property were unsafe. Have phone 3 times emails twice as well as texting and still waiting for a reply from booking agent
