On arrival there was some confusion as the cottage's name had changed. 'Breckland' is now 'St Peter's', so the arrows to this seemed irrelevant. Local help was needed to make a quick confirming phone call. The Big House serves as phone contact for arrivals while the owners live in the farmhouse next door, meeting them briefly to sort out the parking. Once through the door all was very well indeed. All the essentials easily found, clean and bright. The cottage is a new build with a farmhouse theme; an absolutely perfect base for local sightseeing or more locally for the wedding venue next door in the Hall. Pub and convenience shop a short walk away. Road noise is minimal. Very quiet setting and restful except when RAF Lakenheath is active.

It was nice design and good condition. Very warm.

Oven was dirty and needed cleaning. Lack of kitchen equipment. It is not a home from home kitchen unfortunately and on of the other websites it says the property has a dishwasher. Which it hasn’t. WiFi wasn’t good.

We took our own breakfast and I had to call up for the key number as I had a email to say we could check in at 12 when we got there the villa hadn’t been cleaned so the cleaners came a bit after we were there and did the beds and bathrooms

Great location, very clean. Everything provided and good quality and very cleAn. Was really a very lovely cottage and would most definitely visit again. We were all really impressed by the cottage and its cleanliness.

Beds were a bit uncomfortable. Distance to the parking made it a bit cumbersome to take things to the house. We would recommend that you have some information there about local attractions and facilities (such as supermarkets). (None of these are a big deal - just mentioning how it would have made the trip even better)

Nice location overlooking the garden and church. Nicely decorated throughout, quiet location and we would definitely stay again.

Parking in the opposite field and having to make several trips to and fro. This wasn’t shared in the information.

Stay was amazing. Great location, great facilities and hosts were so welcoming. Was perfect for our weekend get away to celebrate a birthday. Would definitely recommend.

The only thing that would have been nice is to have summer duvets on the bed when it is hot. But that is only a very small thing. Everything was perfect
