Avec ses nombreuses activités à proximité (voile, planche à voile et bien plus encore), cette maison de vacances non-fumeurs est la solution idéale pour explorer les environs en toute simplicité. Plages d'Isle of Palms est à 9 min de marche et Front de mer, à 14 min, vous pouvez donc laisser votre voiture dans le parking dont dispose l'hébergement.
Cette location avec 3 chambres et 4 salles de bain compte également un salon et la climatisation. Wi-Fi gratuit, télévision avec chaînes par câble ou par satellite : vous ne manquerez de rien pour vous divertir lors de votre séjour. Préparez un bon petit plat maison dans la cuisine équipée de tout le nécessaire : un four, une plaque de cuisson et un réfrigérateur, mais aussi une cafetière, un micro-ondes et des ustensiles de cuisine. We had a great time at the vacation rental for our group of 7. The house was accommodating and spacious, providing plenty of living space for meals, games, and hanging out together. The kitchen was well-stocked, although we didn’t do much cooking.
There are two parking spots in the driveway, but be aware that any additional cars will need to park on the street or in the lot across the street. The security staff was understanding and allowed us to bring other cars through when we explained where we were staying, as Island Realty only provides two parking passes.
Beach access is about a 5-minute walk, which isn't bad but can be challenging if you have a lot of beach gear. On one trip, we had someone drop two of us off with our beach stuff (bags, coolers, games, chairs, etc.) to make it easier.
Note that the listing says it sleeps 8, but the third bedroom has 2 full beds, which might be a tight squeeze for two couples. One person in our group ended up sleeping on the couch, but she said it was comfortable.
The beach chairs and boogie board were a nice surprise, and there were other beach items (umbrella, cooler, toys, etc.) that we didn’t use.
Overall, we had a great time, and the rental was perfect for our long weekend.

Home was perfect for us! Plenty of room, beautifully decorated. Short walk to beach. We only had two of our four adult children with us, but the place could have fit us all, plus some!

The location was great for us (three adult couples) next to the Wild Dunes tennis center. The condo was comfortable for a 4 night stay. The unit was clean, but has a few minor maintenance issues where the back deck should be painted, chaise lounges updated and minor wood repairs, but none of this impaired our stay and the location, kitchen, and sleeping arrangements met our needs well.

Enjoyed our stay at the townhouse. It was clean and comfortable and near the tennis courts and beach. Walked across to the pro shop each morning for delicious coffee so we didn’t even use our coffee pot the whole time! The only drawback is- the stairs inside going up to the 3 bedrooms are not easy to walk on. They have these thick treads on the edges and you can easily stumble on them. So we had to put shoes on to be able to get up and down the stairs. We enjoyed the comfortable den furniture and it was a quiet area.

Back Court 39 was great. Clean and well-equipped. Good location central to the island close to the Harbor Golf course.The best part was the service provided by theIR staff. Jennifer and Michele were extremely attentive to us. Michele set our TV situation and walked through the streaming features of the our condo's tvs. All worked out well.Thanks!

I had a great experience at the home I rented in Wild Dunes from mid-Jan through Feb 10, 2024. The home was spacious except for the kitchen counter space and size. Loved the location near the Harbor golf course. Easy walking access to the beach past the Sweetgrass Inn and shops. Great restaurants and easy access to grocery, etc. Home was very clean when I arrived and well appointed with furniture and amenities. I would rent this home again during the same general time period.

My wife played in a tennis tournament and the condo was in the perfect location. The mattress in the master bedroom was great. Not a large negative but a few things could have been cleaner: Kitchen oven mitts, shelves in pantry. There is also an odd chunk out of the kitchen floor
We would recommend this condo to anyone who wants to enjoy the island

This was the perfect location and space for us, as the rest of our party was staying at Seagrass. Comfortable living area, dining room and …beds! The kitchen could use a couple additions: a hand mixer (We had 2 birthdays.), sharpened knives, and a non-glass cutting board. Overall, this rental met the needs of our group and we would come again.

we ran out of dish washing liquid and paper towels. the unit should be given a larger quantity of these items. There was a kureig machine and coffee maker in the unit. I called Island Realty to ask if there was a Kureig machine and or a coffee maker. Island Realty said there was a coffee maker and not a Kureig. I would have brought kureig pods had I know. Otherwise the experience was great!

Everything was fine but the checkout instructions came in an email without letting us know it was coming. As a result we did not follow some of the instructions having already left when we discovered the email. The instructions should have been given to us with the checkin package.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Was in a nice location, close enough to Charleston to enjoy the city, but out near the coast so we could enjoy that as well. Would stay here again. We enjoyed our stay at this property. Was in a nice location, close enough to Charleston to enjoy the city, but out near the coast so we could enjoy that as well. Would stay here again. We were 4 adults on a quick 3 night vacation, and very happy with the location when we arrived.
We were disappointed that there were no kitchen basics like salt / pepper / coffee filters / oil etc. The basics that a kitchen needs and you wouldn't buy as a visitor (who isn't driving the left overs back home). On the 2nd day when we ran the dishwasher for the first time, the dishes all came out dirty so we tried again and no clean dishes just wet dirty ones. We reached out to property management were initially told that no one was available, but with further conversation were told that someone would come to inspect, which they did, and left a note that it was the motor and there was no resolution so we had to remove all the dirty dishes and wash them. After multiple emails asking for support, we were compensated for this issue, which we appreciated, but that should not have taken so many emails / requests when there was clearly a major problem.
The house itself is comfortable and decorated nicely with beach theme. The porch has a nice view of the creek in back. The resort property is also very nice, enjoyed the pools and beach.
Highly recommend that you PRE BOOK a golf cart for your stay to get around the resort with ease (and fun) - which we had also emailed the property management about before the trip and had no response.

We were 4 adults on a quick 3 night vacation, and very happy with the location when we arrived.

This was a perfect rental... As pretty as the pictures and exactly as described. Clean and well stocked. Convenient location to other hotel amenities and the beach. We timed our walk from the beach and it was only five minutes. Would absolutely stay here again.
