The process was easy enough and the cost was very reasonable, compared to putting a family in a hotel for a week. The first time two times we rented a condo, the condos were awesome. The last one was not nearly as nice, the floors were filthy when we got there, and the master toilet ran constantly. The location was fantastic, though.

We had a lovely stay in this condo for Thanksgiving. It was clean, well-decorated, and had a great view of the beach.

Location, location, location!
The property is right on the beach. It is central to all attractions as well as Keesler AFB which was a bonus for this military family. There's a great restaurant "Woody's" across the highway that had a wide variety for the whole family. The unit was clean and comfortable. Initially the unit smelled of cigarettes and the shower drain was slow, but I notified the manager by text and they immediately fixed while we were out exploring. There was minimal noise from furniture movement in the unit above. Knowing what supplies were available, we were able to bring supplies like paper plates, paper towels, extra toilet paper, laundry detergent, towels, and sheets and blankets. We shopped and cooked to save a little money. The dishwasher wouldn't run, but I'm confident it will be fixed before the next rental. I highly recommend this property!

Family vacay
The property was as listed, very comfortable beds and couches. The housekeeping staff need to up their game. Furniture was dusty, floors were not cleaned properly and there was urine down sides of toilet. Overall we enjoyed the property.

Everything was great from front desk to when hubby lost room key. Lucky for us someone had found it and put in the key deposit box. Maintenance guy came back after calling for assistance and got it out but thanks to security letting us know someone had put a lost key in there. Any questions we had were answered. Son stated the property was better taken care of than the one he stayed in last year in Panama City, FL., last year. No complaints and centrally located to most eating and shopping areas.

The property was very nice and right on the beach. The view we had from our living room and master bedroom was gorgeous. There was some sand on the floors when we arrived, but other than that it was clean. There was no hair dryer in the unit, but one was provided upon request.

This is a very nice unit. Condo sits on the beach which is what we wanted, however this beach is not nice. It was dirty and there are no shells if that is what you are looking form. As for the condo, some coasters would be nice and better fitting sheets for the bed, they kept coming off. I understand the need for the plastic covering on the mattress, but it makes for an unpleasant sleeping experience, also could use an extra king size blanket. We had a great time. Would have liked more comfortable patio furniture. Didn't get to use the pool as weather did not permit.

We have one parking spot for a two bedroom condo. There were vacancys in the parking garage that could have been used..,management should try and use the parking that's available . Instead of over charging to park a hundred yards away. That's not good Buisness. As far as the room was nice. All in all it was a avg stay.

Our time at Sea Breeze was an awesome experience. We met up with our son, his wife and our two grandchildren for 5 nights. The condo was in excellent shape, the location could not have been better (right on the water and one floor up from the pool) and the service (all on my phone) was top notch. I would recommend this location for anyone.

Not a do-over
The condo was really nice, but we did not feel very safe in the area. The ocean water was brown & stained our swim suits. The check in procedure was very confusing & they offered a 3 hour window of when you MIGHT be able to check in. Since I drove 7 hours, I need to know exactly when I can check in. Plus, the maintenance team at the condo entered our unit unannounced while we were away. That was very unsettling. We had a great time, but we will not rent this place again.

Dated interior
The interior of our unit need some maintenance. The closet door is broken, the paint throughout is in bad shape, the sliding doors are so difficult to open that both my husband and I had to pull to open them. There is a hole in the bedroom wall, the tv’s all have wires hanging out from them. The stove is missing knobs. Over all the unit needs to be updated and maintained better.

The condo was very nice, secure, and comfortable. We had a few minor issues that needed to be fixed/repaired and the staff at the condo was super helpful! If you're going for the beach, I suggest going farther South into Gulf Shores or Destin as the beach isn't kept very well (trash, dead animals, seaweed), and the water is murky. If you're going just to relax and get away, that property is super!
