My sister and I needed a quick getaway and this was the perfect condo for it. Very clean and super easy check-in and check-out process. Would definitely stay here again.

Location is great. Really liked the security of the building. The exterior and interior was clean. Power was out when we got there which was kind of a good thing because our gate and door codes were wrong but we had to haul all our stuff up six flights of stairs so we got our exercise in.

Lovely Condo, great to be right on the beach
The Condo was lovely and clean. However, the silverware was put up dirty. First thing we did was pull out the silverware and dishes and run the dishwasher. Otherwise, it was GREAT!!

My experience was not good. I was moved to 3 different condos in 5 days. The last property was a dump. I would describe it as a Motel 6 with a view. The floors were even dirty. Management staff is not available, and it takes them too long to respond to you. The check in process could use some clarity. This was my first experience with condo rentals, but it was an education in the negatives to watch out for. I eventually moved into a nice orderly, comfortable Marriott. I would NOT recommend your condo rentals.

Great price, but no WiFi! They gave me another rooms WiFi but it only worked half the time. In my 3 week stay they could not get the WiFi fixed in my room. Not sure if they even tried. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay, great location, great staff and amenities.

Condos were were fully furnished, so I didn't need to bring anything. Excellent ocean views and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The gym was sufficient and the sauna was nice. My only complaint was that I stayed for 3 months and never got my WiFi fixed, after several conversations with maintenance.

Stayed at sea breeze for a quick getaway with my 5 sisters and our families. My only complaint is being charged $30 for an early check in. We vacation often and have never been charged at any other place for an early arrival if the place was available.

The property was in a nice location but the noise level was defening at times from loud muffler’s and noisy motorcycles. We got there and used the hot tub and the jets were working somewhat and the water was hot, after a few days the jets were not working and the water had cooled off some I called and reported that , I was told they would check with the association and get back to me, I got a call back and was told that the tub was just a soaking tub and not an actual hot tub which was wrong if it was a soaking tub it would not have adjustable jets and if it worked a few days before that I think that someone on the board was feeding someone in your office a line of crap. We have rented places before and have always had cable tv and the tv we had was really bad it worked in the living room until it pixilated and went out while watching a program and it worked intermittently in the bedrooms . Overall it was a nice condo but it could use some furniture updating, the parking was good, I would probably return just not to this perticular condo.

The condo rented was dirty from floors to furniture. Electrical issues with plug receptacles that did not work as well as ceiling fans and lighting. There were burnt light bulbs and fixtures falling in the shower. In addition, the patio furniture was rusted out and very unstable. Kitchen was stocked poorly as well all cooking utensils were plastic and eating utensils were kid sized.

We enjoyed our stay, the condo lacked alot we were dissatisfied. The couch was very stained. The shower head in the master bath is a 5 dollar shower head I've seen better in 30 yr old military barracks. The beds were a major disappointment ( mattresses are completely worn out and very uncomfortable).The patio had no has a great view though very uncomfortable,3 old rusty metal chairs that should be replaced. The kitchen is well played out and maintained. As stated we enjoyed our stay, though the condo was a disappointment the owners obviously don't stay there nor do they reinvest in the property so guests look forward to returning. This was our 5th yr in Biloxi and wanted a beach side condo, we will not be back. We do not recommend this property.
