Good location and facilities

Free parking provided great - but located under a tree with associated droppings.

The place is very clean, all the essentials and appliances are in place and in a very good condition. Lovely to see some chocolates on arrival, and plenty of nice touches throughout. A view out of the window would be a bonus, but the comfort of the place made up for it. Thank you!

The flat was very clean and comfortable and was located within walking distance of Totnes Town Centre and the Quay. There was much to see and do in the area, it was a good base for a holiday. When I had a question the host responded promptly.

I chose the property because it was self-catering. I would have preferred the kitchen to be better equipped, with small utensils, but I got by.

The apartment was immaculate and well presented, with a fully equipped kitchen and a large comfy bed. There's not much in the immediate area but I could walk into the town centre in under 10 mins.

It's difficult to find fault with this property, although some shampoo would have been useful.

Bed was comfortable. Location easy access to town. New appliances. Backyard patio nice extra space.

Absolutely HATE that we were charged a pet fee with no pet. That the owner pushed me to Booking.com and Booking.com customer service has been poor at best, this completely has me saying DO NOT STAY here. Check the fine print in fees. This is a terrible rip off! Also, while appliances in kitchen were new, nothing really to cook with. A frying pan would have been nice to have as well as a spatula. Also poorly equipped with limited toilet paper (we had to buy after 2 days) and no sponges.

Location was perfect

Very comfortable, clean apartment with a lovely back garden & patio furniture. The bed & sofa was super comfortable & we had everything we needed to accommodate a self catering, home from home stay. Very friendly, helpful host. 10 minute walk to the town centre & a 5 minute walk to the local convenience store. Overall a wonderful stay.
