Location was good, right in the center. The staff was pretty nice and welcoming.

The AC didn't work even though it said on booking that there is AC. It was very hot so sleeping In a room with no AC was not the best... when asking the staff about the AC, they said it is broken in all of the hotel rooms. (Didn't apologize for it, didn't have any fan to supply as an alternative) Also, arrival with a car was super stressful (the hotel is inside a ZTL zone, but no one told us. So we had to talk with them on the phone in order to understand what to do while blocking other cars) Breakfast was pretty poor as well.

- Great location with a beautiful lake view - Plenty of restaurants and cafes close by - Reasonably priced parking with a reserved space, a short walk away (very important in this town)

- WiFi was mediocre, dropped connection a lot - Somewhat noisy at night with partying in the piazza below

Located in the center. Delicious and various breakfast. Nice room and clean stuff.

The room is quite small for 3 peeps with baggages but we could organize so it’s ok.

The location and the staff are great.

The bed is very uncomfortable. The room for some reason got incredibly hot during the night even though it wasn't warm outside. The windows has to remain shut because of the noise from the street, however the AC does not work. Reception told us that the AC is not supposed to work.? So either ask before booking if the AC works or just book somewhere else.

Hotel is located right at the centre with a beautiful view of the lake. Also, they offer great food at reasonable price, that's always a plus :)

Location, staff and food were exellent. A special mention to Adam, Oleg, Jamal, Deli and Kabrira. They made our stay so enjoyable. Will def return.

The location couldn't have been better for a view of Lake Garda. The bathroom was particularly nice with a very open shower. A nice spacious bathroom with good non slip tiles in the shower.

The decor of the beds was not the greatest when we entered the room although the beds were comfortable enough. Not a lot of room around the beds.

Everything. Especially the location. It was wonderful to open the window in the evening and listen to the sounds of the city, especially the amazing musician who played the electric guitar, wonderful ballads. For people who want to rest - it was enough to close the window (wonderfully quiet room). There was everything you need in the room. A very comfortable bathroom. Besides, very nice and helpful staff. For people who are afraid to come here by car - we had no problems. You can drive up to the hotel itself and leave your luggage, and overnight the car goes to a comfortable multi-storey garage, to a section dedicated to the hotel, where outsiders are not allowed. Finally, the biggest advantage: the breakfasts. There was everything, and most of all, the opportunity to enjoy it in the square or under the roof of the hotel (whoever will).
