The staff was friendly and accommodating. I initially booked online for 9 nights but needed to stay for 16 nights and avoid the hassle of transferring to another hotel. On arrival when I relayed this to the staff they made it happened and even worked it out so I was able to keep the same room for the duration of my stay. Special mention must be made of Cat who cleaned my room! Super helpful with translations and suggestions by leaving notes!!

1. The laundry arrangement/instructions-while there where were rules in English the equipment/machines were totally in German and I was clueless and this lead to a few mishaps when I attempted to do my laundry. 2. Not certain how the heater/AC functioned 3. Telephones did not work

Breakfast was simple but very good, staff was always extremely helpful. They were always there when needed. Rooms were clean and with more than enough space. Beds were comfortable.

The rooms were great but the corridor/hallway of the building smelled like cigarettes (quite strong). But that’s only outside, as soon as you enter your room there was no smell.

Location was good.

Breakfast was not included in the rate.

I like the room and the facilities in the room including the kitchenette. Room is spacious for solo traveler like me. Bathroom is clean. Bed is comfortable.

My unit didn't have microwave so I depend a lot on the induction cooking stove.

it was much better than expected. I’ve read the reviews online before and I was a bit concerned, but it turned out to be quite good. The place was clean, very quiet, and close to the train/tram station. The neighbourhood was residential and very green.

There was no lift. connecting to the internet was complicated (but it worked fine). It is far free m the centre and there is not much to do around.
