This was our second stay at Sunset Beach House and just like the first time we had a wonderful experience. The property is spacious and in a great location, right near Rose and Lincoln and only 10 mins from the beach. I look forward to being back again!

My stay at 701 Sunset was awesome. The house is beautiful and the location is excellent. The house has all of the amenities you'd want in Venice: fully stocked kitchen, grill, hot tub, multiple common spaces, ping pong table, parking spaces, washer/dryer and large bedrooms with desks. I'd give this house 5/5 stars. Thank you!

My friends and I had a wonderful at the Sunset Beach House. It's in a great location, only a few minutes from Whole Foods and several coffee shops and about a 10 minute walk from the beach. The house was spacious, clean and exactly as described. Aaron was super responsive and helpful -- we look forward to staying with him again!
